It was a small fire, all the guy did getting the big extinguisher is end up giving me a massive fine and a hole in my brand new not even 5mins old radiator

Rinse that powder off as soon as possible as it will make a mess of surfaces. I wish race tracks would move to foam/water extinguishers as they work better on most fires (except electrical).
