Thank you so much for this. I also bought a Coach Pillow Tabby 26 on Macari and sold it on Poshmark. My buyer is saying she thinks it is fake and wants to return it. I told her ask Posh for a return because I stand behind all of my bags. I bought it on December 15th and today is Jan 4th so I really need it to get shipped back to me soon. I am checking out the pictures of mine and don't see the issues you are talking about. My tag doesn't have the issues. I really think mine is legit and the buyer may have found one cheaper or something, but I will see. If it is fake it is a dang good one.

They said I needed to have the bag authenticated. I understand, but I waited too long to file the claim and I can’t meet their 15 day time frame.

It's not my preferred place to buy, there are TONS of scammers. I have bought through them though, I just do all the tricks to try and stay safe...I actually made a video about it - how to shop on ebay, poshmark, mercari, vestiaire....
They have authenticated options and have always been great when I get something not right. But that said I always buy my coach bags in boutique stores. I just don’t by them used anymore.
I don’t condone anything being fake or trying to pull it off as real.. but could someone sell it & let the consumer know it’s fake & sell it at the price they choose still?

I mean if not, then we wouldn't have this problem at all... 🙃 So how about taking out the Couch leather patch with text inside the bag. 🤔 And maybe write "replica bag" somwhere "descrete" inside, I mean, not so it would show when the bag is opened to pull out something. But so it would show on inspection. Well, at last remove the text patch... 😉

Their choice, and then they themselves KNOW what they have got... What would your suggestion be in this case then ❓ #1 To not donate the bag ? #2 To donate and let the new owner believe that they got a "real" bag ? (To me option #2 would be to not respect the new owner...)
I understand. There are some bags that I also love, but won't buy because I am not willing to pay what they cost. Luckily there are so many less expensive options available🥰
