great workout - really cheered me up and got me moving after a 4 weeks of no exercise. I consider myself a strong beginner having started PS workouts in June. But had an unintended break from workouts due to a mixture of being on the road and then sick with a bug. Wanted a workout to get my demotivated butt back into exercising and thought Nikki will do it for me - and she did!
I like the moves and her personality👍, but I felt the warm up was longer than the workout. Hopefully if she does another video it will be a shorter warm up and longer workout.
This was so great! I never used to do the 10 min workouts UNTIL I discovered @glucosegoddess and she basically said to workout for 10 min after meals... so now I just do this to control blood sugar spikes!
