Yes Johnny is part of the motocross establishment… Not saying that’s a bad thing or a good thing when they are a part of that they all have the same narrative. Didn’t like when Johnny went hard on Deegs . Just like anything in life you have a right to say what you wanna say and if they don’t like it, oh well. I knew when he made that change, the friendship would probably go away. I used to watch him until he started saying the same shit that Steve Mathis would say especially about Deegs. Kept saying Tom was gonna beat Deegan and boy did he get that wrong. They just have all the same talking points and they all like the same riders and I think that comes from above. They are pushing hard on the foreign riders and hate when Deegan gets up there with the flag. But it’s OK for AP #7 to do that bc he is the cowboy and he does interviews and goes along with the series. His channel has more subscribers than all of the TH-camrs put together he can’t be controlled.

As soon as I saw johnnys video I was shocked he said that, since Cooksey has said throughout time that even though they have different views he still respects Hopper. I’ve been watching both of them for a few years now, loved the podcast and different viewpoints. Ever since Johnnys got his media pass he’s been hesitant to say anything critical about Coombs and his org. seems to me he’s doing whatever to stay on Coombs good side.

Any talk about changing things from the inside is just cover for his actions at this point. Early on he might have meant it but not now. When he first started his channel he needed attention and calling out the sport that left him bitter was a great way for a nobody to get clicks but now his formula has changed but he won't admit it. Pretending to be a crusader allows him to build his brand without regard for right and wrong while also saving face.

For instance, at Daytona I made the Main but Clipped Marty Tripes on the first lap. He got up and made the Main too, but was really pissed. He rode Pissed and was flying. I think that he won the Main Event. Anyway, I walked by the Honda Pits and told him that he owed me a substantial "Motivating" Fee. Marty rewarded me with a Titty Twister that hurt so bad it dropped me to my knees. My left nipple is still deformed and pointed to the left just a bit. The lesson... Never screw with Marty Tripes. Also, never go Water Skiing with Tripes either. But that's a story for another day that Bevo and Zappa will have to tell you about.

Yes, we saw Kenny lose so many spots as the kick start didnt get the bike restarted those one or two times. And damn.. if you are on the face of a big jump, and you need to kick start... there is 20-30 seconds lost as you turn it around, face it down hill to get on, kick start, turn around again and get going . That being said, when every bike was a kick start, that was a real race/season changing thing to happen but it went back and forth when every any guy stalled it etc.

Nichols out at Beta leads me to believe that something shady may have been going on, or perhaps Nichols wasn't getting along with some of the people there.

Yes, we saw Kenny lose so many spots as the kick start didnt get the bike restarted those one or two times.
And damn.. if you are on the face of a big jump, and you need to kick start... there is 20-30 seconds lost as you turn it around, face it down hill to get on, kick start, turn around again and get going .
That being said, when every bike was a kick start, that was a real race/season changing thing to happen but it went back and forth when every any guy stalled it etc.

I like JH but WTF was that about? I watch and like both of you guys channels and do not recall where/how you personally "intertwined" him into the Glenn Helen situation?
