    1. Read more books! Your brain is working while reading. Knowledge is power and self knowledge is self empowerment
    2. Exercise daily., create a sweat. More oxygen to the brain.
    3. Daily brain exercises: puzzles, riddles, chess etc.
    4. Meditation. Decrease stress and increase confidence
    5. Drink more water. Proper hydration, on an empty stomach.
    6. Sleep well. Plenty of rest.

    Thank you madam, nice tips for smart brain.
    Reading from book or ebook same brain activities occurs. Infact I find ebooks are much more beneficial...I can zoom in and zoom out according to the font size which reduces my eyes getting strain. And have benifts of highliting the points and making notes with the support of suitable e-readers. Easy to refer the contents by search options. I found much more advantages as it doesn't occupy extra spaces in racks and environment friendly too. Concern is reading as it is good exercise to brain. Infact before reading and writing people were good at listening and talking. They would transfer the knowledge by orating songs and speeches they had better cognition. Which was natural way of transferring the knowledge. Later learnt with support of scripting hence reading has evolved.
    It's not by reading book we will head high and mobile will head down! Isn't it ebook a smart idea too?
