- I'm back and more eager than ever to get this 2J-Z Datsun 240Z underway! We're diving into this project head first starting with transmission/engine mount replacement. We are also starting to get parts and pieces together for the complete suspension assembly in order to make sure everything is going to fit together nicely and ultimately get our fenders cut for the flares. Our extra wide tires we sourced from Love20Bee are going to need every last millimeter of clearance!

Let’s do thissss
Good to see you’re back my friend 👍🏻
That lift looks sweet. Any chance of a video going over it?
How high it goes, powering it, install process ect?
I actually do have some content floating around somewhere! I ended up having to pour new concrete pads to get them installed properly.
Bruhhhh, I was wondering the same thing about the lift.
What’s flares are u running ? Looks really nice 👍🏼
These are from Love20Bee - they're metal!
Thanks for the support man! (APEX ENGINEERED)
Great to see ya back on the tube!!!! Im building a 240z for my wife on our channel. Stoked to see ya get back after yours bro!!!
nice project mate! what the specs of your rear wheels? and tyres? thanks
Front 10.5, -32 offset
Rear 12, -51 offset
Man, I put an n/a 2J with a t4 turbo, in my 260Z a few years ago. I just run it on the waste gate, 12lbs on the street. It pulls like a damn fright train from 70mph on up. 👀👀👀👀
You definitely don't need anymore than 400-500hp for a street track car. These s30's weigh 2,200-2,500lbs. You won't get any traction with anymore power. And the damn things will spin out at 70mph on the freeway.
