Ingredients for batter:
5 Egg Yolks (Grade A)
60g corn oil (or other vegetable oil)
85g full cream
1 tbs matcha powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
85 grm All-Purpose Flour
Ingredients for meringue:
5 egg whites (grade A, room temperature)
80g aising sugar
1 tsp sunquick juice
Temperature & Pan:
Pan 7 inch
Bake 150°c for 40 - 80 minutes
