- Today on Cruisin' With Kendra we do one final tour of Barris Kustoms.
Barris Kustoms a shop started by George Barris "King Of The Kustomizers."
The shop built the original Batmobile, Munsters Koach, Munsters Dragula, and many other iconic television vehicles.
Inside the shop, you'd find original movie cars, toy collection that includes unopened Batman Toys from the 1960's! The shop walls were lined with photos of the whos-who in Hollywood and in the back of the shop you'll find an archive of every television and movie project George worked on.
Sadly, in 2021, the shop closed after being opened for 60 years in North Hollywood, CA. Here's the final tour.

I love the munsters go home. And the ones from the early 2000s Here comes the munsters . I got to see the Dracula car few years ago.
I love that he is not only keeping his Georges's legacy alive but keeping it relevant today, we need more talented contributing people's legacies treated that way!

The family lives in Ventura. It wasn’t the same after George Barris died in 2015 it wasn’t the same
She's not old enough to remember the 1960's !
You’re right I wasn’t around in the 60’s but I have great parents who raised me right… Thanks to them I grew up on The Beach Boys & 1960’s Sitcoms.
