Like the content, especially like the ‘challenge of the week’ sections. I like your approach to risk, essentially always have a backup and a backup for the backup, yeah it sounds obvious, but I know from experience that a lot of people, myself included at times, forget to have that backup, or they fail to consider ‘if not b, then c’ etc. Shameful actions by your staff member, but I imagine that ultimately they will be the one that loses out as they’re no longer part of your success story.
