Pioneer CDJ 1000 Cue Play Button Replacement How Too

just a quick vid showing you how to replace the cue/play circuit board on a cdj 1000 mk3.. very simple job really is a diy job. before anyone comments the only time i rested the cdj on the jog wheel was when i had split the unit all the weight is in the base section. hope this usefull save sending away etc.

Hi . I have a Cdj-1000 Mk1 when i hit the cue button it changes the track its rather odd. Ive opened the cdj and attempted to see if i can fix the problem. Would buying a new cue/play circuit board. Help? Thanks

I cant say mate! but I will say the cue play circuit board also contains the search and track select buttons.. so most likely a new part may do it.. if you have a pair of cdjs 1000 mk1s I would suggest you swap the circuit boards between the 2, that will tell you..

Caretaker Thank you i got the part and that was the issue. I have one more question . I have the mk1 cdj1000 and sometimes the bpm will jump from 124 to 125 and then go back to 124 is that normal or should i replace the pitch fader. just curious if you may know thanks !

prob nothing wrong with the pitch fader..its a 1bpm variation so prob just that the track is midway between 124-5

one of my track search buttons is loose and dosnt work, do I need to buy this circuit

I'm not sure what you mean by loose. The buttons themselves are a separate part. They are readily avaliable they come as a moulded sheet and just sit in the deck body and sit on the circuit board, more likely one of the buttons has come adrift of the of the mould. Easy fix straight replacement and cheap. Have a look. Ebay sell the buttons sets.
