Perfect tutorial does not exist.... Amazing job, we just recently adquire a R12 in my job, this tutorial was what we were looking for. Saludos desde Chile
I've been working with these for the past 18 months or so. They're definitely nice, but it's not like the accuracy on them improved-- so just because you can take shots in tighter spots now doesn't mean you won't have more crossing breaklines as a result.
Is the estimated errors having tighter vertical accuracy than horizontal accuracy with tilt enable sometimes due to the combination of GNSS and IMU errors, with there being more IMU errors for hieizontal position?
Can it be set to work in feet instead of meters? If not I'll pass Ultimately it's the guy running the equipment not the equipment that makes things productive
I am Vietnamese, currently I am using Trimble R4s with TDC-600 manual. It has a faulty electronic compass feature on the TDC-600. Specifically, the electronic compass on the trimble TDC - 600 manual is faulty, the orientation is not correct compared to the mechanical compass. Makes the point finding process difficult, because it's difficult to navigate, How to fix it
You could possible store two known and calc’d points. Tell the machine angle from point to point is 0 degrees to give you at least a heading to work off of. Not sure if you can even zero up with gps tho
