I'm German and I can tell you that Venti is not ordering food. He's ordering an escort. "Sweet Madame" is a term that appears to have been invented for Genshin. I googled it and it only gave me Genshin stuff. "Madame" is French and thus Google Translate would not recognize it and leave it untranslated, but we also use "Madame" here and it means the same as it does in French, "lady". The word "süß" means both "sweet" and "cute", so when Venti orders a "süße Madame", he's ordering a cute lady. A food of this name does not exist and the German translation of the recipe name is "Süß mariniertes Brathähnchen" for that reason, aka "roast chicken marinated in sweet sauce". Also, the grammar is sound, but he really sounds like a small child to my ears (or reads like one to my eyes?). It might just be me, but in my social circle, no one older than seven uses that string of words. Don't trust Google Translate, guys.
Nahida’s was Persian, I researched what country sumeru is based off of and the country that I kept seeing was Persia so I decided to use Persian instead of Arabic 😊 I’m sure Nahida could probably speak both languages tho

Since only Dottore, Faruzan, nilou and Kaveh are Persian. For example, Layla is from Saudi Arabia, Cyno is from Egypt, Alhaitham is Iraqi, I think. I hope my opinion is useful tbh
