Honestly $5-10 Million really doesn't sound too bad for a house that big on that much acreage, with a huge garage, fully finished and that garage. Love this home.
Totally agree. This one was about $7M all in. Go to golden oak or isleworth and get 1/2 for the same number. Obviously don’t get the neighborhood but the trade off would be worth it for many!

9:20 Ken. Absolutely. This is my long term project. I want enough acreage to do these things:
Build a custom home (not 10k sq. Ft thats too much for my small family tbh)
Have a homestead with small amounts of animals.
Detached garage loft that’ll house my car collection, movie theater, and hangout lounge.
And a heli-pad like section for my eVTOL.
Hook me up dude!

I'm just going to say wow! I've dreamed of doing something like that and having the space, land and privacy. However, my bank account says hey your are a regular working guy. The video was awesome though. I'm glad someone is able.

If you had the lot already chosen. And the team picked out (architect, builder, design team) you could get it done in 18 months

Hey Ken stop talking up Horizon West. The locals prefer to keep what's left of our rural community rural. It's crowded enough out here already. Our wildlife is being run out into the busy streets because transplants and contractors are buying up the land and destroying it. Enough Already 🙏
