I may have missed it but did you cover the Etsy search visibility feedback where they are recommending listings with a photo collage as the main image to replace that? I have about 50 listings with a photo collage and a few of them are good sellers. I'm worried about messing with the lead photos as they seem to be working for me, but I'm worried they are going to deprioritize these listings if I don't make this change they are recommending. Any insight?
SEO I’d like to get your opinion. I’ve been selling on Etsy for a while, with over $1 million in sales. One thing I’ve learned over time is to never change something that’s working, no matter what Etsy suggests. I’ve made that mistake before and it messed up my successful listings and affected my sales . Now, whenever Etsy makes a recommendation, I copy the listing and make changes to the duplicate, essentially doing basic A/B testing. But with this new rollout, Etsy is asking me to update the category for 183 listings. Making such a big change all at once could significantly impact my sales. What’s your take on this situation?
How does the "bundle" work for POD items? I had a customer buy two mugs and they had to pay separate shipping on each item (Printify) as well as full price for each mug. I would have loved to been able to offer some sort of discount. Can you give us more about how to do the bundle thing?
Shouldn’t be two shippings. Should have been one with the fee for additional items. Plus you can manually change the order. And you can refund a little for the shipping too. I’ve done that when a customer ordered from the UK and I changed the printer to in the UK and refunded them the difference in shipping.

It will revert back and you'll get another notice saying your shipping prices are too high. I'm having this problem with my sweatshirts and a few other products that have fixed shipping prices that came from Printify and Printful. I am a little pissed about this because it's making more work for us and it's not an easy fix. Yes, we can make a new shipping profile, but we also need more information about shipping carriers and I'm not sure where to find that information from our production companies. I until you have that information you cannot make the new shipping profile. We also have to have the fulfillment, warehouse, ZIP Code, which you should be able to find with the shipping profile that's automatically sent from your production company, this whole thing is not an easy fix unless you're only selling one type of product. So the tool they're talking about in this video only really works for people that are handmade sellers. It doesn't work with POD.

I only have one picture. With my steampunk items, I want to list them in Steampunk but they want me to change the category. I made everything free shipping and added some of the price into my products. I can't get rid of the suggestions that I don't want to change. How do I do this?

When the bundle shows on the listing it displays two prices for the items and then has an add to cart button. But the two prices are only for one of the variants each. So many videos from others need to be deleted lol. Stressing me out. I watched a store audit you had last night where a lady said her sales just dropped like a rock since April. That has also happened to me. Except it happened in July. 3-5K a month for years. July of this year came..........1k a month for the last three months. Traffic is down by percentages I cannot even fathom. So either Etsy changed something......drastically........... or it's the economy. People are broke and it will show in certain niches. Some niches are just going to do awful for a while with the way things are........ it's plain and simple. No amount of updating, etc is going to help. As far as fixing SEO I have been working non stop for four months.... it has made ZERO difference in my sales, in fact it's getting worse. Also videos of folks saying to do one thing...... and when someone has a TON of listings because they have been on Etsy for over a decade, and that person (me starts changing things) then go to another video to find out you are doing it all wrong...... change to another form, go watch another so called expert only to be told you are doing it wrong again. So I am done. Also pulling this stuff in Q4 ........ when some people are already working 15 hours a day, just wow. I am not trying to be a negative person at all. It's just frustrating. I know people are having it rough now and you might want to add that in your videos before everyone starts getting depressed thinking it's their shop and their products. Because it becomes an emotional rollercoaster. I have emailed many of my repeat customers and so many have said that they are not spending because of the high cost of living. So yeah, that stinks for niche. To go from several thousand a month to 1k just like that is a rough.
I feel the same but it’s due to ADHD. I just want to get to the point. Sadly happens in person too. I get so irritated with people who talk too long lol I just need a summary. Sometimes I’ll listen to have background noise when I’m cleaning. Just check for a summary time stamp 😊
Gotta say, I've never understood people who complain about the length of their Lives. Look at their other Lives, most are in the 1.5-2 hour range, so this is their standard. If you can't watch that long for whatever reason, switch over to their 'Videos' section which literally takes sections of these Lives and edits them down into shorter, single topic, bite-sized videos. I prefer the longer Lives and getting the info at once, I listen while I'm making stuff for my shop. As a result, I don't watch their 'Videos' because I've seen the info already from watching the Live. Quit complaining and switch to the section that fits your preferred viewing habits.
So I’ve been plugging away at almost 100 (half my shops listings) photos, redoing them since Etsy flagged them as low resolution …. Well, my shop has completely tanked now. Anyone else having this issue ?
Rather than fix the listings, I deactivated them because they were so old. My traffic is absolutely dead also so that likely wasn't your reason. I am normally a high-volume seller and my weekly deposit last week was only $200. Sales are at 2014 levels for me.

So, are you saying that it’s best to have your actual photo vs. a logo as your profile type image for your shop?
Yes. The logo can be in the shop but your photo should be....you!
What about shipping upgrades? The standard shipping is what needs to be under $6 or all shipping offers including the upgrades?
