And 2 seasons later, the "greatest, most revolutionary, super-special-awesome coach of all tiem" would retire for good. Good old arrogant Cruyff with the "possession > goals" mindset :')
During that 1993/94 season Milan hadn't stood out for scoring too many goals, they were quite defensive, in fact, they won the Serie A that year scoring only 36 goals in 34 games but only conceding 15. But somehow they managed to score 4 goals in this final against a great rival.

OVOJE NAJVECA UTAKMICA DEJANA SAVICEVICA U NJEGOVOJ BOGATOJ KARIJERI BRAVO MAJSTORE
I ONA PROTIV BAJERNA!
This is perhaps the only goal that Desailly ever scored in his life. What an amazing goal in a champions league final for a defender that never scored any goals in his whole career.
It’s not the only goal he scored in his life.
Savicevic Boban Donadoni What a Trio!!!!
as a chelsea fan ac Milan my favorite Italian team
And Albertini as well, that's a Rolls Royce midfield!
Legend Milan❤👑⚽🏆
Desailly finish was a thing of beauty 👌
Legend...
Van Basten was on the bench?!
His last match was exactly one year ago against Marseille.
but he officially retired in 1995
A great victory for the legendary AC Milan of 1994!
a Milan without Baresi, Costacurta, Lentini, van Basten, B. Laudrup, Papin, and Raducioiu.
@@RafsanS15 So true!
Who do you think would win in a match tuchel Chelsea or capello ac Milan
@@keyuantejohnson9919 in today's squad rules, Tuchel's side. B4 bosman ruling, Capello's side.
Dejo, majstore, pa ti si Bog!!!
King Dejan Savicevic !!!
Massaro what a clutch player
miss this moment
Milan 4-0 barca class different
And 2 seasons later, the "greatest, most revolutionary, super-special-awesome coach of all tiem" would retire for good.
Good old arrogant Cruyff with the "possession > goals" mindset :')
Qué día tan alegre!!!!!!!
Capello is a badass. No reaction at all.
He nailed it and taunted barkalona fans even more
Great night!!
1994 Milan won in Athens
2007 Milan won in Athens
Romario was a piece of rock chip in front of the greatest defence line of football history
No Laudrup no party, except for Milan who didn't played his brother
During that 1993/94 season Milan hadn't stood out for scoring too many goals, they were quite defensive, in fact, they won the Serie A that year scoring only 36 goals in 34 games but only conceding 15. But somehow they managed to score 4 goals in this final against a great rival.
There is a how: Ronald Koeman.
I remember this one…
My first football match final as a kid
Barcelona the DREAM TEAM but enjoyed Milan win
UCL winners 1994 Milan were the 1995 runners up to Ajax who were the 1996 runners up to Juventus who were the 1997 runners up to Dortmund who nearly kept the pattern going but met RMadrid in semi-finals 1998 lol this didn't happen again until ManUtd won in 2008 and were runners up to Barcelona in 2009 and hasn't happened since but other patterns occurred instead like RMadrid won every 2 years from 1998 to 2002 and the last 3 years lol
Barcelona were huge favorites before the game. Also, Milan lost two central defenders for this game (Baresi and Costacurta). What a massacre...
even when Milan is absence from UCL for about 10 years, no other team can surpass Milan's trophy
And nobody can even come close to real Madrid 😎 7 UCLs more than anyone else
Real Madrid >>> air conditioner Milan + uefalona
Spectaculare!
4-0 in UCL final 💀
Just uefalona things 😂
Nobody expected this, at all. Barcelona dropping Michael Laudrup has to be one of the worst/craziest team selections in the history of sport, not just football. Apparently Capello couldn’t believe his luck when he found out.
Qualità immensa per quel Milan.
Best match for Milan.
P.D: Disfruté mucho con ese partido, se lo tenían muy creído e incluso vendieron camisetas con la segunda copa de Europa; pero les metieron un repaso. (Soy del Real Madrid)
Pobre Farça

That 3rd goal DAMN
It was supposed to be an easy win for Barcelona with all the Milan absent players, but they so obviously got cocky and deserved to be hammered
2:15 baresi papin van basten. what if they played in that day ?
They don't played
Insane squad depth. I don’t know any side today that has that level of talent on sidelines (van basten, papin ballon d’or winners and baresi considered amongst the greatest defenders of all time)
I don't understand why Barcelona was the favorite to win
I mean , ac milan be unbeaten the
Hole season in serie A.
And just check the squad they had
Savicevic,pappin, boban, donadoni,Maldini,de sailly,etc.

So good it even made Capello happy.
Johan Cruyff, 2011: "Mourinho is a coach of trophies, not a coach of football."
José Mourinho: "I appreciate it, I am in fact a coach of trophies. I love learning from Cruyff, but he still has to teach me how to lose a Champions League final 4-0."
I am José mourinho☝️
Fabio Capello is so underrated.
mazing goals

I love the fact that 2 goals were because Barca and their pass the ball at all circumstances policy
those benches...
1:17 really amazing
ICONIC MOMENT : Paulo Maldini
Brilliant ⭐⚽🏆🇮🇹
As a fan of none of those two teams, I loved that final since I am a Real Madrid fan and to see FC Barcelona lose 0-4. Take that Barca suckers! :-D
5-0 6-2 4-0 3-0 Take that Madrid sucker :D
William Fernet-Ducharme Yeah! Hala Madrid!
11-1 is better
William Fernet-Ducharme. Hey I'm not bar or real guadrid fan but los 2 tienen cups que fueron compradas hahahaha
In that time madrid won nothing, always getting battered by barca
