iRobot Roomba i3 - Red Blinking Light

This video explains why there is a Red Blinking Light and how to clean the dust bin sensors of iRobot Roomba i3 so that it will become normal. After the dust bin is emptied and dust bin sensors cleaned, the Blinking Light becomes white and Roomba is ready to vacuum. This cleaning is very important to improve the long-term performance.

So I got one today and the red light is blinking so basically I just have to clean it or doesn't need a new battery

As your iRobot is new, I think you need to check your bin. If it is full then empty it and clean it. Also clean the sensors
