- What's up guys! Here is a full installation of our 10.25” Android Screen to an Audi Q5.
The job was to fit our android screen into a non MMI Audi, so if you car is still rocking the symphony radio, no problem. This video will run through everything you need to know to get CarPlay /Android Auto up and running in no time.

Awesome video thank you!! Exactly what I needed to confidently make a decision to make the upgrade. I find the AMI interference issue interesting, would like to know whats going on there, will hook it up regardless of how outdated it is.
Before I buy I’ve noticed on my Audi Q5 where the hazard button is I have an passenger air bag button below it will the effect the new fascia and the wiring behind. Thank you

Hey, I followed your videos to do the headunit and reverse camera. All is awesome but there is a static noise when no music is playing and the microphone is now so bad, ppl can’t hear me on hands free anymore. Any ideas? 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Hi recently I've been getting awful feedback when using my phone for calls never added in ami to female aux adapter, could this be the cause?
I have seen an other installation video where the component protection got activated after installing a similar unit. Is it something I should worry about if I decide to install one of these as I can't find anyone near me who would fit aftermarket products.
Does it matter much between year and trim?

Hey, not sure if you'll get this msg or not but anyway, I bought a aftermarket stereo from Amazon for my 2013 q5
I've watch your videos on how to set up the features but mine doesn't have any, I can't change the display, I can't use wireless apple car play (no zlink app) there so just so many things that yours does in your video that mine won't do,
My question is can I add these features? Or update something to access other things? Thanks for the help
I've tried fitting this to my Q5 am I right in thinking that the sound should be hardwired or do I need to connect the AUX to the AUX port in my armrest/centre console. I don't have AMI but I do have the Multimedia Head unit. Can anyone help?

the only thing i dont see is what to do with the passenger airbag button that is just below the original 4 way flashers button. the car you are demonstrating on doesn't have one. my 2010 q5 had it and now my 2016 sq5 has it. so maybe its a north american market thing?
hi, Android no longer starts in my car radio, the Android logo appears on the display and the words "dm-verity corruption - your Device is corrupt - your device is corrupt press power button to continue" however this radio does not have any physical buttons. how can I solve it? Can you perhaps connect an external USB keyboard to access the forced reboot and restore the system?

I starting installing this, however once I got it all together, the screen comes on and works fine but my concert head unit now has no power and won't turn on? Is there a trick to this ? Checked the fuses and they seem fine. Any suggestions ?

How on earth did you manage to get the headunit back in first time ...ive tucked all quadlock underneath and it still sits 2 inches out 😢...

Does the car on the main screen default to one type of Audi or can it be set to the specific Audi it's INstalled on?

@@Jamesgdray I did my AMI in the glovebox was shot. Replaced it and all good to go. Now just have to figure out how to change the clock as the setting is blacked out lol. Not nearly as big a deal

Did you figure this out? Seems that you’re own your own as far as the seller is concerned. Or are you able to communicate with him via phone/email? I was considering a purchase, but not convinced there is any support.

The sound on mine is bad not the same as oem radio have to turn it up then you can hear crackling
Adjust EQ and turn on extra volume from the android OS
Why not n80 or Fortuners.
