There’s nothing sticking out of it. It’s a turned down exhaust tip. Why it’s there is a mystery to all of us 😂

It’s a Japanese import and that is the stock exhaust that came on the car from factory.
I didn’t know that was Japanese stock. That makes it a lot cooler. 😅
