- This week Jenny is attempting to identify a number of plants in her house and garden using DNA barcoding. It's her first attempt at extracting DNA from plants and at running the two plant barcoding PCRs - watch to see how she gets on!

I do have a question can you please tell me the use of proteinase k in your experiment plus why the ones with rbcl worked and not the one with mat k and why did proteinase k and mat k combo showed bands?
