Reparando Jabra Evolve 65

Solo un video reparando los auriculares de mi trabajo. Tienen un pésimo diseño fácil de romper.
Just a video fixing my work headset. This model have a really bad design and is really easy to break.

That's a really good idea using a rivet ferrule as a reinforcement of the pivot point. I just wish you showed more of the disassembly part. I'm having a difficult time getting the collar off so I can get to the remainder of the broken off plastic pivot part. And getting that ear piece off with all that plastic, I'm afraid that I'm going to break something!

Thanks man. Worked like a charm. Used 2,4mm rivet. Drilled with 1,5-2-2,5 mm metal drills to keep it nice and centered. Holds nice and don't expect it to break.

Muy bueno el video, en mi caso se rompió el que tiene el micrófono pero no se cómo desarmarlo para soldar los cables

it looks like it is hidden problem for Jabra65, my first headset was replaced under warranty, but those new after almost 2 years again has been damaged in the same place, in the same joint but they refused, because Jabra for replaced products giving only 6months of Warranty ....
