[No Music] How to make Macnut Vanilla Ice Cream

- It's always so much fun to make ice cream at home ;) Enjoy!

Ingredients:
200g macadamia nuts
200g water
400g coconut milk
160g maple syrup
a whole pod of vanilla beans
Instructions:
1. put everything into a container and blend well with high power blender.
2. pour the mixture into ice cream maker.
3. leave the ice cream in a freezer for a couple of hours.
* if you have time and want smoother and creamy ice cream, here's another advanced recipe for you as macadamia nuts has rougher texture than cashews.
200g madam nuts
200g water
400g coconut milk
160g maple syrup
30 - 50g vegetable oil(optional, if you want richer ice cream)
a whole pod of vanilla beans
1. make macadamia nut milk first with macadamia nuts, water and coconut milk.(blend these ingredients with blender then strain with mesh bag or nut milk bag)
2. add maple syrup and vanilla.
3. pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
4. leave it in a freezer for a couple of hours.

「作り方」
１、すべての材料をブレンダーでよく撹拌し、アイスクリームメーカーでアイスクリームにします。
２、冷凍庫で数時間冷凍したら出来上がり。

I just love this no music versions. Having no additional things to the video makes it so sophisticated. Like with high quality clothes you don't need glitter all over it or Disney characters it make it look good, as the item it self is so beautiful it doesn't need any boosters.

Honey is not considered a vegan food since it is derived from bees and is not plant based. And sugar isn't very healthy. So, I guess, the only other alternative he has is maple syrup. Or, maybe, he just loves maple syrup! :D

same here, you only find macadamia nuts in tiny mix bags, but that size of bags would probably cost more than a regular pint of luxury ice-cream.

Every time I watch his videos (no music one’s) I think how damn rich he must be to use all these gadgets, including his camera and the ingredients. The amount of coconut oil and maple syrup he uses is enough to make one realise he is rich and the silence. Where does he even stay. There no sound at all... that’s practically impossible.
