Bake at 350-375 till fork tender (when you stab it, the fork should go in easily). Then all you have to do is scoop the pumpkin out of the skin. :)

sarah oliver I'm sure the kabocha made more than one cup. You could always make a mix of the pumpkin ingredients and milk, then just brew your coffee and steam your milk. Their coffee looks super decadent but I'm sure it can be changed up for a quick daily thing too :)
