    This is definitely the most well thought through design I have seen. Yes, I would love to get a copy of the Fusion 360 files. This is the real key to assembly! It is all modeled to scale. I may have a few challenges as many of our products in the US are maddingly not metric even though the rest of the world has long moved in that direction.

      HI John and thanks for the feedback. Very encouraging to get positive support for the sim as I have built it. With respects to the Fusion360 files, I am not in a position to release this as a model just yet because it does need some work on tidying it up etc. Having said that, I am intending on running a series of live streams in the coming weeks whereby I will have the model up on the screen and will put it apart, run dimensions over it, Q&A etc etc for those that are interested. Watch out for that...........

    Hello my friend love your CNC panel. What files did you use and where did you download it from? Is your panel 102 cm wide? The simkits and simmax.it panels are 106 cm wide. Im based in Sydney. Love your cockpit shell. Can you show me photos of the internal work. Looks pretty real

      Hi and thanks for the feedback. The entire sim has been designed from 1st principles using Fusion360. The panel is 1060mm wide. I will do another video soon with another walk around which hopefully helps........

    What is the size of the yoke hole? And 8f may I ask where did you get the plan?

    • @CessSim
      @CessSim  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Apologies for the delay. The yoke hole in the main panel is diameter 37mm cutout. The panel (and everything else on the Sim frame) was designed by me.

      Hi Amiga3351 and thanks for watching. My actual front panel dimension is 1060mm wide by 485mm high (including the section under the throttle/mixture panel). Hopes this helps you.

    Hi,
    I’ve tried to send you my email address twice so that you can forward the file. However, the moderators have removed it because my email address is on there. Is there any other way you can get the file to me. Regards

    Hi,
    Really impressed with your build.
    Would it be possible to obtain a copy of your file so that I can get a cnc cutter to produce one for me.
    I appreciate that you have done a lot of work on this and am willing to pay for the file.
    Regards

      Hi Dylan. Thanks for your feedback. Has been a fairly long journey putting this together but have had a lot of fun in the process. I am happy to send you a copy of the .stl file of the main panel from Fusion360 if this helps.........

    Hi my friend would you have template drawings for your instrument panel? Would u be willing to share or sell to me?

    • @CessSim
      @CessSim  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Costa. Happy to share this model however it is created in Fusion360 and I am unable to export in a format that CNC typically use (eg DXF) with the current license. If you want the Fusion360 export, happy to share for free and all I ask is that you would give me a credit should you decide to use it..

      @@costaadams3005 Sorry mate. You are welcome to the Fusion360 panel. Send me an email via the contact section of my channel. What I meant by "credit" is that you let people know where you got the panel from as I have taken the time to design this myself. So if you are ever doing a TH-cam video or something, it would be appreciated if you can advise those viewing where you got the panel from...........

      I’ll throw my hat in the ring too. I have no real DIY skills! Since yours is the best Cessna panel I’ve seen in a home cockpit, I would love to get my hands on a file or drawing of your panel which I could give to a professional to build. I’d be happy to give you credit if it ever appears on TH-cam. If you’re not willing or able to share the info, I totally understand.
