I cannot explain how happy I was that they gave the original cast their own scenes together. They were the people that started this whole phenomenom & it warms my heart to see them all together again.
Carter tries to shake Benton's hand. The hug Benton gave him has a palm on the head, like how a father would hug his son. That made the tear that was hanging on my eyelid finally fall down my cheek.
Never understood the correlation in regards to Carter and Bentons relationship often being seen as a father-son bond to some when they’re really only about 10 years apart at most. Big brother/little brother is how I always saw their relationship.
I love how their relationship grew! When they first met Rachel was a bratty teenager and they really did not get along. But you could see how the relationships developed to where they tolerated each other, and they grew closer even after Mark Died. It’s almost like the time in Hawaii while Mark was dying they leaned on each other for support.
@@lauraschoenborn3544 I think the fact that their closeness developed even more after Mark died is so important. ER has always been a show about how family isn't just about blood and Rachel and Elizabeth both taking that choice to make each other family even when they didn't have to anymore really embodies that.
That hug Benton gives Carter...God, I frickin love that. Such a small moment, but after so many years of watching the characters develop, it's huge as well.
I understand why the more experienced doctors like Kerry and Elizabeth don't want to go to the ER, they've both been there and done that. While a new wannabe doctor like Rachel is still trying to get her feet wet being a doctor.
the friendship between carter and benton is one of the strongest friendship in the series. Started at the beginning of the show, and never ended, until the end of the serie.
TheDieHardWWEAddict Carter was without a doubt. I think that Greene and Carter both were to start. But after Greene died, there was a very symbolic and passing of the torch. Including Carter being the heart of the show.
It’s been said a thousand times, but there will never be another show like this. I remember being in elementary school and dressing up as a doctor because I was so inspired by this show.
thank you sooo much for uploading these, you know there are all these er romances, but the relationship or rather friendship that i absolutely LOVE the most through all of ER is that of Carter and Benton
I love Peter and Carter a great friendship........And Elizabeth and Peter as a couple.......I love how everyone reminiscing ........And Susan is gorgeous as ever.......And so is Elizabeth. .....And Rachel is a beautiful young women......And Mark would have been so proud.......Find out his oldest daughter was going be a doctor..........And carry on his legacy..........
Outside of Elizabeth whom of which he had a brief fling, he wasn’t really close to the ladies. Frankly, he wasn’t that close to anyone. They were colleagues that he respected. Carter was the only one that he “let in” after all these years if we’re being honest. That’s why he gets a hug.
I never forgot that Kerry was fired from County, and I was surprised she showed up for the Carter Center dedication. I know Carter invited her, but I presume Kerry never stopped by for a quick visit to the ER because of Luka.
Tiny moment, but it was great to see Corday and Weaver being affectionate towards each other, given that Weaver basically fired Corday in season 11! Seems like they’ve truly moved on. Lovely to see.
Love this, kinda bittersweet tho, this was when it was at its best for me with these guys and Mark, Luka and Abby, shame those two couldn't be there, but then I guess they'd only just moved and Joe was still little.

Where's the others doctor's in the series from season 1 and 2 etc
I love how Carter tries for a handshake and Benton’s like “pfft” and hugs him.
Allie Blake me too
Shows how much the two characters' relationship grew. 🙂
I absolutely adore this detail!
Benton softened up became less homophobic

Big brother/little brother is how I always saw their relationship.
Carter and Benton always had the best bond of the show. Benton helped Carter get serious and become commited, Carter helped Benton relax and be free
That Benton/Carter hug reminded me of the hug Benton gave Carter when he broke down and agreed to go to the rehab. 🥺
Dirto
I love Liz and Rachel's relationship. It's so refreshing to see a positive step-mother step-child relationship in fiction.

Its weird to see Benton hug Carter so freely. Character growth!
I love how Elizabeth is still trying to Baby Rachel despite the fact that she is in medical school. I feel like that is a total Mark thing to do.
That was nice to see considering their relationship started out a little rocky.

Mark would have totally did that if he was still alive.
Even though Elizabeth is Rachel's step mother, they still look like mom and daughter.
0:55 Benton hugs Carter, no words needed!

You can say they were a lot more like brothers then friends
That little hug between Benton and Carter, and Benton hugs his head..it's just....OMG 🥺
Word! Carter and Benton are the heart of that show.
BowtiesRcool Greene was actually

Always loved when Benton smile especially because it didn't happen to often🤗
It’s been said a thousand times, but there will never be another show like this. I remember being in elementary school and dressing up as a doctor because I was so inspired by this show.
I still miss this show! Carter was the backbone of it!

I met I loved Peter &Elizabeth as a couple......Because they had great chemistry...........
haha Benton and Carter...the original Cox and JD
That hug between Benton and Carter was real between Noah and Eriq you can tell.
Three Originals, Two Actresses from season 2 & 4 and one legacy!
makes me feel so happy and nostalgic seeing the original crew :)
Damn damn damn!!!!! Why this brilliant tv show has to end? I mean WHYYYYY??? Nothing's better now, nothing, even House M.D. wasn't that good.
“Pe-tah?” 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Interesting how Benton never hugged any of the ladies..not even a handshake..he only hugged Carter.

BENTON IS MY FAVORITE CHARACTER.....
I never forgot that Kerry was fired from County, and I was surprised she showed up for the Carter Center dedication. I know Carter invited her, but I presume Kerry never stopped by for a quick visit to the ER because of Luka.
when carter was asking who wants to go back to county, he asks, "Peter?" with an accent.
Carter is the new Green…
its such a very familiar fortune 500 night out at the bar scene, lol
I love Susan Lewis & Carol Hathaway
Notice how Kari hugs everyone but Peter?
Tiny moment, but it was great to see Corday and Weaver being affectionate towards each other, given that Weaver basically fired Corday in season 11! Seems like they’ve truly moved on. Lovely to see.
Doctors are off on Wednesday?
Love this, kinda bittersweet tho, this was when it was at its best for me with these guys and Mark, Luka and Abby, shame those two couldn't be there, but then I guess they'd only just moved and Joe was still little.
It all started with these people
Dr Carter took out Dr Green's Favorite ladies for a spin hahaha Cool
The deep voice Carter used to say Peter was funny.
Y Wilber sin bastión?
i want Er back xD and it has to have Elizabeth in lols
I want Rachel in it.
Good night! :)
En españñol
it's a little too cliche for my tastes
