Terrible...!!!! What were the Toll Brothers thinking? For nearly $5M I don't want people walking into my dining room or living room as soon as the door is open. Kitchen is way too small for a $5M home!!! My rating out of 10 ---> 0/10 !!!!! Good luck selling it to the knowledgeable buyer!!!

Well if you want the truth this is if you want an unrealistically big kitchen then you will need to pay upward of 10 million, If you have a big family it's understandable but if you have like 3 or 4 people in your family it's perfect sized. And for the layout, that's a totally normal layout if you don't like it then just look for a different home.
What are you talking about. It’s standard to have a living room or formal dining room at the front of the house, especially in the south. My criticism of the house is too much white.

Beautiful home but it's like living in a fishbowl. You can see neighbors out of every window.
I seriously question the design of this home , let alone it being a home of nearly 5 million dollars. The layout is bordering on bad, and everything in white??? That trend is long over where everything is either all white or all sone monotone light shade of the same color. The house is clearly designed for someone with more money than sense.
