Hi! Lovely home! Just about perfect I think. Actually love bigger houses & more square footage. I grew up in an 18 room house with 6 bedrooms & 7 in warmer weather. I love the whites & greys & silver & black colors best & not really the browns or wood trims. Also love the silver or black fixtures & not gold. I know to each their own preferences but I think gold lamps,fixtures look old,cheap & dated & I actually just start to feel sick,lol. I live in CT. & am also disabled my whole life but more so the last decade & am stuck in a 1,000 feet or less apt with no storage or proper closet space at all. I had a house & unfortunately an evil girlfriend of a brother who passed illegally stole it from me after he helped me & wanted me to have a proper home. I have tons of clothes,vinyl records,CD’s ,guitars & music decor stuff that I would love to be able to have out & organized again. So I love these tours you & others do even for inspiration & Hope & dreams again one day if I was able to make more. Even though I probably couldn’t afford smaller cramped houses anyways watching those tours make me mad,lol…I just need & like wide open spaces,& tons of storage & closet space & gray,white,black,silver colors all just make me very,very happy 😊 lol. So thank you! If I win the lotto & am able to afford something that lovely & move to Virginia from CT please just stop showing that house & hold on to it for me,ok,lol. It might take me a few years or couple of decades but now I’m determined to,lol. Would hate to evict anyone from it if I’m able in the next decade or two so just tuck it away & hold on to it,lol. Thank you! Keep up the lovely tours so I can keep up my dreams & motivation. 😊

I don't know what's up with "successful" TH-camrs. VA looks like it gives you a LOT for your money. Forget Beverly Hills or Atlanta (where I currently live 🤮 I've also lived in Miami and Seattle. You get VERY little for your money with both cities) This video put this state in my sight.

Why are builders putting 2 or 3 million dollar homes in average neighborhoods? This house has almost no yard and a busy street behind. If I am buying a million dollar home I would want a gated community, some land, and at this price a pool.

So I enjoyed the tour Jeff..I really liked the floorplan of this house overall...and there were some very nice features that were showcased too. The first being the FRONT DOOR which gave you character, security...just "AWESOME"! Second, was the huge picture window in the stairwell...that just flooded the area with light...SHOW STOPPER for sure! And in the basement bedroom...that was a built in desk...not a 2nd closet. Now for the "missed opportunities"... at 3.5 million dollars there should NOT be things that I still have to do to this house. The first blaring omission "is the elevator" that's not there. That is what makes the difference of whether this is a FOREVER HOME or not as the owners age. The lighting package throughout the house was miss matched...(pick a theme) and stay with it please. No pot filler in the kitchen...really? 🙄 No appliance package downstairs & and in laundry rooms (hopefully, they will get credit for that at closing). You pointed out that there is a "water source" at the back of the property. Which can almost guarantee you will have regular visits from your local woodland creatures...where is the FENCE ? Water also means you will most likely have an insect problem in summer season...where is the SCREENED in PORCH in the back ? So why am I "nitpicking" so much...? Because ( as a potential buyer in my mind ) the house cost 3.5 million dollars...why is there still so much left to be done to it ? That's not a question for you Jeff...but for the builder..and their choices...but they need feedback from you to let them know how buyers are responding to what they have chosen. Just my opinion

You ruined EVERYTHING by NOT having a foyer! No one besides the Brady Bunch or a Foster Family is looking for that many bedrooms these days. The layout reminds me of something you’d see on one of those mobile home tour channels. Really. 2mil for the area I can get juxtapose the house it falls on its tuchus.
