This is definitely not what a "$4 mill" should look like "to me". Houses are too close together. It screams modern but, not "luxury". If I'm spending that much on a house, I want luxury. This is basically an oversized townhouse. I see houses across the street that look older and not worth millions. It looks like they threw this house up across the street in an established neighborhood of less expensive houses. The rooms are basic. The master only has 1 closet. The tub is in the shower. Like what? Like I said. They're trying to pass "basic modern" touches off with luxury prices. See, young folks may not know any better but, us older folks are calling BS. You have a townhouse kitchen with a townhouse family/dining room. Not in my 4 million dollar house!! I want a grand kitchen, a separate room for my formal dining room, I need 2 closets in my master suite, I need my tub with its own area in the master bath, and I need a massive walk-in linen closet. I still need a stand alone bathroom on each level, even though each room has a bathroom. I don't want to look out any window of my 4 million dollar house and see anybody else's window or house. I swear y'all gettin away with robbery on this mess y'all building out here these days. It's bad enough that a dang townhouse is more than half a mill now. I love looking at houses. Lately, these new houses have nothing to offer but sheer audacity.

Kinda amazing how ridiculous these comments are. Lands in the area is around 1 mil to 1.5 million in the area. Although 4 milion seems to high, i dont think this will go lower than 3 milion. I can see this being discounted mid 3 milion if but it will not go lower than that.
I rented a shit hole in Falls Church once and found out that it sold for 600k this year, just so they could demolish and build a house on the plot. So another 200k for demo and removal. So you’re damn near a mil in just to get started. NOVA sucks and no one should ever buy here unless your job absolutely necessitates you physically be here. With hybrid/remote work being so common, it makes no sense. I make 200k here and still feel too cash poor to get anything worth the trade off of the price. Thank god I’m hybrid and escaping.
