A 220 volt, ungrounded, un-GFI'ed, not double-insulated, metal cased drill!! Used on a dirt floor!! Thrilling!!!!! Someone should inform them that random wire-brushing of valve seats just makes them look prettier but doesn't help them seal much. Also one wonders why they don't make a "hot tank", it's just a tray with an electric heating element and some cheap lye.
Returning worn-in parts to the original location is important for something like a rocker arm that's been rubbed by a certain cam lobe and wear-matched steel-on-steel. There's no-such concern for the end of the valve that's almost entirely only pushed on. The shaft is as far as engines go is 'loosely' bushed by the valve guide - no wear-matching, and the valve sealing surfaces are all lapped and inspected for contact.
