DAY 5 COMPLETE 💯✅ Omg second set nearly finished me lol who said light dumbbells do nothing for ya lol😅😅😅😅😅 Balance wasn't great today so last set first exercise just tapped my toe after I stepped back to touch the ground 😅 ( that makes sense 😂) None the less sweat on heart rate up love it Cheers legend and Cassidy Steph 🇮🇪
