Great to see this vessel in the wild! There is a custom 75 Owner/Charter hull in the pipeline for @NautiGuys, and they are showing the build process for those interested in the bts details and "meeting" the owner of the company :)
Thought they are building the 1st 77' hull. But I came here to comment essentially the same thing.
@@rvail136 Very possible given the changes/build out! Thought it was the 75' hull with 77'LOA (and a beam to match the 76 or 77 concepts)
Either way, it's a beast, and seeing the 75'+ buildout process, I cannot imagine owning one of the even larger hulls (can you imagine piloting the 145? lol)
Bravo..!! Finally, a presentation that makes sense. No dramatics, no advertising, no gimmicks - just plain, honest commentary, Much appreciated. Bering Yacht's are far, far ahead of their competition. Thank you.
I just love all things Bering, it's a REAL explorer in every sense of the word. Love the salon and galley setup just perfect. It's huge for the 'just' a 76 foot yacht. This is the ideal owner live onboard yacht.
There are many of us watching this video who dream of owning and skippering such a beautiful and capable yacht to the most remote places on earth. It was interesting to see the footage of her performance in a moderate to rough sea state crossing the Bay of Biscay. Many thanks to you, the owner and to Bering yachts for providing this informative glimpse into what we all hope to one day become our own reality.
I like that open main salon/deck layout. Bering makes amazing explorer yachts, wish I could win the lottery to afford one!
Great tour, and what a lovely Bering! It's very nice of the owners to allow us to see their pride and joy yacht. Wishing them fair winds and following seas. Thank you
Thanks for the comment 🫡
Congratulations to Bering, and the Owner, for creating such a wonderful vessel.I could live aboard happily, and sail for the seasons around World.
A huge thank you to the owners for letting film.
Bering does something really unique with their yachts, and thank you for making this amazing video of the Bering 76! Just a really amazing yacht..
Am I the only one romanticizing rainy day scenarios aboard one of these things? Not stormy seas, but peaceful summer rain anchored just off shore in the Mediterranean..?
Can't just be me
I love the over engineering in Berings they are so well built
John, I am so,happy you are getting on these yachts and livimg your dreams, i remember wubscribing to your channel way back when you first started on here. You could only review already published videos and did a great job at that and now here you are exploring all these great yachts. You made it man! Great yacht. Greaat walk through buddy!
Thanks, Cliff 🫡 I appreciate your words and your support! Thanks for sticking with me from those early days ⚓️
I enjoy the format of your reviews. Bering Yachts makes some fantastic boats and I always dream of owning one someday. Thanks for covering them! Well done 🥃
Thanks for the feedback 🫡 I appreciate it
Beautiful... the engineering, designs & capabilities w/tomorrows technologies is my favorite on these vids, narrated perfectly... ty for sharing...
I was surprised at the size of the engine room on a 76! Great over view.
Thanks! I appreciate it 🫡
Very interesting. Wedged between the Bering 75 and the Bering 77, in length at least, she is very different to them both. Totally one of custom build. It's fantastic that Bering have the flexibility to do this for the customer.
Awesome to hear that the owner was steered towards Bering after viewing one of your earlier videos.....goes to show that your audience hails from all sides of the pitch.
Yeah it was great to hear his story. He used to own a Princess before watching one of my videos and being converted to an explorer yacht fan 😀
Dreamboat, lucky owners, good for them. Glad someone gets to enjoy this type of lifestyle.
That baby LIVES for gnarly conditions!
There is something special with these Berings
Another exceptionsl Bering yacht! 💜
I watch literally 888 gallons worth of motor yacht and motor sailing yacht videos and this owner's kitchen and bathroom design are exactly the look I want to use to remodel my studio apartment. thank goodness my mom owns the main house or I would be throwing away that money, but I would waste money anyway. best to use it to look important.
This layout is fantastic. The openness is very inviting. Great job. Perhaps you can get on the Nautiguys boat when it is ready.
The open concept galley is terrific for a yacht of its size.
Beautiful boat, excellent tour! ❤
JIM
Thank you very much!
Stunning.
That wheelhouse is great. But I love a destroyer wheel.
What a magnificent ship!
That's one beautiful Bering
Fabulous Tour! Yacht has an open concept wow factor!
Thanks! I appreciate it 🫡
Beautiful!
My fav by far. Wish I could afford. Absolutely stunning interior.
Gorgeous
What an amazing boat
Even part of the Great Loop in the United States is great sailing. Reliability, comfort, and luxury puts Bering a must-see yacht before you buy a mid-range yacht.
great tour im glad you were able to tour!!!!!!!!!
Glad you enjoyed! Thanks for watching
Feels a lot larger than a 75. Beautifully done...but hey, it IS a Bering.😊
Great yacht! Thank you for sharing her with us.
Thanks for watching!
Beautiful vessel & very well presented. Loved the drone footage while underway.
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the video 🫡
Love it
Very interesting video, thanks for posting on TH-cam. My interest of explorer yachts has grown since I found the Fleming explorer video's..
I don't even know where to start with this vessel. As she sits squat in the water with a superstructure that's nearly stem to stern. She is if nothing else, formidable. Other vessels dare not approach sans permission, and she invites her passengers aboard with a sense of "You're safe aboard me". Her decor is timeless & sexy, devoid of wood that looks like it's just been dipped in wet plastic.
I like the symmetry between the seating area on the anchor gear, as if the former was carved from the latter. Those high gunnals are very nice, as they widen at the top to match the human body.
I'm almost sad you showed the engine room early, because that was my domain as Chief (pre-retirement). However, not only did that ER blow me out of the proverbial water, it told me that I needed to pay close attention to your video.
Are those huge windows on the boat actually square ? The reason I ask is because of all the unfortunate victims [and their loved ones) on BOAC flight 781. However, I can't imagine that the manufacturer of this magnificent and beautiful vessel would do anything that mitigates safety. (btw, I'd love to see what a modern EPIRB looks like, (ours was powered by a squirrel).
Let you know what I think of the engine room ? Throw a mattress on the deck and I'll sleep in the control room.
Outstanding video of a phenomenal boat, Thank you !
Thanks! I appreciate it 🙌🫡
Love your videos.
❤
Thank you! 🙌🫡
You have done a great job sharing your experience and presentation of this awesome ship! I will order one just like that one day😊
Glad it was helpful! Thanks!
Very well done 👍
Thank you! Cheers!
The lower section with the formal dining room would normally be a lower pilot house, it's a great placement so you can enjoy the view of battering through waves over diner.
I also like how you classify beer as an essential item. ;)
🍻
The hybrid option is incrediable. You can keep the hours on the main engines and generators at a minimun.. Actually you have six generators when you count the small ones on each engine, plus the main electric propelusion motors can be generators as well.. Batteries are meant to power 'the house' all the time.. You can propel the boat with the electric motors for 5 hrs +/-. Then fully recharge the battery bank in a matter of a few minutes, all automatically, or manually, lol I'll say it again, You can set up all the electrical and propelsion systems to function as you wish, and it's all done automatically, or manual if needed..
That open floorplan is fantastic! It's just 6 numbers, right? That's all I need? lol.
Beautiful boat and serious competition for Nordhaven!
I would like to see a lot more Ads, really makes things pop.
3,360 liters a day water maker..... DID I HEAR THAT RIGHT? 888 GALLONS? ok so a small hottub can be 200 gallons.... ok maybe that is a correct number. it just sounded like an impossbly large amount of water. YOU GOT ME AGAIN!!!!
This is the boat you want if you intend to do some serious passagemaking or moor up for a week or so in a scluded Scottish sea Loch, I could live in that engine room, just give me a foam mat and some ear plugs. Thanks for yet another expert review.😀
Thanks! I appreciate it 🙌🫡
Excellent
Thank you! Cheers!
Wow!👍
THE MORE SUBS WE GET THE MORE BOATS WE CAN GET ON.... you gotta keep repeating that line. You got me. lol
😁
Nice👍
anyone else kind of struck by the fact that Kohler makes kitchen and bathroom sinks and also, apparently, massive marine system installations?
If you’re ever in Wisconsin, check out Kohler-Andrae State Park on Lake Michigan.
Surprised anyone would run this as a couple boat, the amount of hands on upkeep and cleaning must be an absolute nightmare. Beautiful boat for cruising in the slow lane.
There is a swell and then as an ex-member of her Royal Navy I dear say that you sailed from Plymouth more than once and down through the Bay of Biscay we traversed the Bay in a force 9 in a ketch-rigged yacht to Spain with slightly more than could be described as a swell
Uploaded 50 seconds ago. Starting watching immediately.
Thanks! You were the first! :-) Thanks for watching!
@@YachtBuoy Great review, love these custom trawler yachts. Special fun, that the owner has been inspired by your videos.
It was great to hear 🙌⚓️
I didn't actually see any engines in the engine room....that's because they are below the plating in the skegs.
I spotted this yacht when crossing on the gosport ferry 🤣 actually nice to see on board
🙌🫡
Tell us more about the beige yatch seen from wheelhouse.
I want to buy this boat. NOW.
Hi John, a good modern interior, a bit different to those Scottish exploration boats you started with and second hand promotional videos. So give yourself a pat on the back on how far you have come now. Cheers DougT
Thanks, Doug 🙌🫡
Pass along my info re: The Great Loop. I'm fromMichigan and can show them some amazing places! 💯
Will do!!
@@YachtBuoy Thanks, mate!
Great video. As a possible subject for future videos, maybe a compare and contrast of Arksen vs. Bering? I have always been intrigued by Arksen’s ability to self-right.
Great idea and thanks for the feedback 🫡
Would You Be Interested In An ‘Arksen Vs Bering’ Comparison Video? #boats #boat
Yes do it please
super great explorer but seems underpowered love the vessel not the power need to have twice the horsepower 1660 or more so you can cruise at 22knt but great work showing this beauty nice video
Thanks! I appreciate it 🫡
Spectacular looking boat, she looks a little bow heavy imo. Nonetheless a fantastic boat.
Victoria and Rico (Nautistyles and NautiGuys) are going to get an awesome yacht. Theirs are a supersized 75 Bering though, that is the model name, but extended to 78 feet in reality. Their master cabin, as owners and operators, exactly is that skylounge master cabin, while the full beam master second master below deck is for guests. In that fashion they can run the boat both as a home and a charter business, which makes even possible for them to invest in such an expensive kit. I got to say though, I could do with a whole lot less: Garcia 45 Exploration, Allures 51.9, Sirius 40DS or Alubat Ovni 45 all cost less than a tenth of this, even though they absolutely are quality builds too and exploration capable, and you do not need to spend, what amount to my yearly salary on the dinosaur juice to keep it running every year. People, who hate sailboats, you should do the calculation on, what just buying the yearly diesel cost to run a vessel like this, and you will begin to understand, why almost all regular couples doing the living aboard cruising lifestyle are choosing to do it on sailboats. Heck, if I should consider a new beuild exploration yacht, as a single man, the Alubat Ovni 37DS is one of my favorites, all build in marine grade aluminium: It got a base price of 280k Euro! That is probably the average price of the TENDER on many Bering yachts.
So is this a stretched 75?
I have a question and this might sound odd. I want to buy a live aboard boat.. about this size actually. What I am questioning now is the prevalence of mold on board a boat like this ? I am extremely mold sensitive and it disabled me physically. Now I have to avoid it at all costs and it is surprising how many houses at any price, that have mold issues too. I know a lot about Bering and have been considering the 80, the 77 and this 76.
Another great tour. I'd love you to give a rough estimate of how much you could make per week if you were buying these yachts with the intention of chartering them. For people interested in trying to offset the running costs of owning one.
Thanks for the feedback and the suggestion 🫡
hello, what is this brown boat when you presented the Bering 76!?
Love the Bering! What is the gross tonnage of the 76’?
If I win the lottery, my first phone call is going to be to Alexi!
You would think Nautistyles would go for something like a 76 over a 75.
Poderia ativar em seu canal a LEGENDA pra nós ver as traduções se fizer isto Gratidão

Hi mate,
Great video. You and Nick Burnham, AKA Aquaholic, should get together.
Love your work.
Cheers, mate.
Ernie Nelson.
Maybe one day…I recently made a walk-through yacht tour with David Seal 😀 He is a really nice guy!
You mentioned the owner captained the boat. Do you know if they run any crew at all, or is it mainly just him and his wife?
Pros and cons about the open kitchen. I would have gone closed like the B77 at Sydney, but this has a feel I never would have expected. The crew quarters on here suck, and I think despite being live aboard, I'd like to have good crew options. One thing I worry about is the cockpit area. I am disabled not massively but I cannot stand for any period of time. I would need to be seated and be able to reach everything. I can stand and walk but not for more than an hour or so a day. Can the cockpit area be lowered and given leg room and everything more surround more like a car ? Say hi to Bogdan too.. he engaged me back in 2020 and I kept putting him off. My finances are all over the shop thanks to this weird economy and I am rapidly liquidating and planning to escape. Everywhere makes me nervous now so a live aboard vessel like this seems common sense if one can afford it.
When you say there’s a water maker on board, does that mean it’s desalinized seawater?
Yep 💧
@@YachtBuoy wow, that’s cool
Of course not! They have teleportation water system- straight from your home area!!
@@quasimodo8215 listen smart ass, I don’t know if water maker meant it was just some kind of non potable for cooling systems or whatever. I don’t live on boats to know that much about them.
It seems the 76 is the only one they advertise
I am interested in the B88, can not find any info on it.
ok i so gotta know. how many takes did it take to spew out all those engine room specs with not a single stutter or miss wording. i just wish I knew what all that meant but you certainly make it sound impressive.
Two takes 😁
18:27 are those Onan generators you mention hiding inside of the Kohler cabinets?
Hello!
Hi!
@@YachtBuoy 👌
Interesting engine room...........No Engines !!!! Where'd they hide them ???
Under the deck plates 🙌
I love Bering but as an old sailor, i dont like this vessel as much as other Berings. Something claustraphobic and clunky about it? I'm sure the owner loves it but I'd pass on this for a more traditional look and layout.
Ships. Bruv . Omg you're killing me. How much is a slightly used kidney going for nowadays?
😂😂😂😂😂
Wtf is a tipple 😂
Good question :-) an alcoholic drink
Terribel muzak :(
Sorry about that
Not a pretty boat IMO, just a big shiny white box that looks a bit topside heavy to my eye
好一對苟男女😂
For some reason this yacht doesn’t look that big.
IT'S ONLY 76 FEET!
lol....what do you expect?
There are mirrors all around, you will run out half a mile, instead of a door into a mirror. The sailors had hammocks, everything else was good stuff. This is a yacht for assholes who eat and drink all the time
I like bering but there's 1 thing that spoils it and that vertical bridge windows it's got to be foward sloping or none at all
