If the US dollars in banks are just fingers. Why is it I can now easily do a transfer out of my Nastro account to another country with out any challenges. Why is it can now withdraw US dollars from my account and get hard US dollars. I don't know were this guy lives

These are lies of trying to suit his illusion, banks have USD, How can a country transacting 80% in USD have no USD in banks. Right now go do an international payment thru the banks and see if the transaction does not go thru easily. If the money in banks is just figures why are they no USD shortages when withdrawing. It does not take a person from Mars to see that the person is ignorant of many facts. Zimbabwe gvt is holding payments because there are waiting to for the quarter taxes. To avoid the printing of money in settling debts the government is waiting to collect the taxes which half is paid in ZIG and the other USD. The gvt is estimating to collect 150million usd worth of ZIG thru taxes. To return back that amt into the economy they pay the payments there were holding and they avoid creating new money in the economy. If gvt is now holding payments and paying what they catch, is that not a sign of macro discipline. It is a shallow analysis to say the discipline is being done for the summit as if the SADC heads of state are coming to stay. The SADC summit is only three to four days and u hear a so called professor pining the achievements of ZIG to that. His analysis is ignoring the global economy. Right most nations are shunning away from the USD because of it's instability. In 2017 gold price was $ 800 per ounce and now it's $ 2400 per ounce. He is willing to import that into the economy that's so ignorant. Zimbabwe can't import that into our economy. He is ignoring the looming economic depression of the US
