    Doesn’t Steve Buscemi’s character in Con-Air, seem incredibly similar to his character in Armageddon?
    Like they’re both crazy but geniuses at the same time.

      Similar-ish but definitely not the same. In Conair, he's crazy right from the start whereas in Arm he *eventually* becomes a little crazy. Also, in Arm, he is a genius but in Conair, he is ....witty, with an introspective outlook. But definitely not any kind of genius.

    John Malkovich lived and went to school 30 minutes from my house and every once in a while he comes back to his home town and school. I meet him one time at the school it was pretty neat.

    I cannot say how many times I have watched Con Air. It was one of my most watched VHS tapes, yes, VHS tapes. Robin Hood Men in Tights was my first intro to Dave Chappelle. When I saw him in Con Air, I was like, "Hey, that's Achoo!" 😂 SN: I love hearing Jeremy to impressions.

    I adore Con Air! Saw it in theaters back in the day... still have the VHS, the DVD and of course I have it on Blu-ray. The cinematography and scene blocking is so great. I mean... look at this shot right there 2:30 , with the helicopter hovering in the perfect position for the frame. They don't shoot movies like that anymore...

      I'd consider Steve Austin as a chaotic-neutral babyface character. Maybe you liken him to Malkovich cause of his chaotic aspect. But I really think that the character that Malkovich played in this particular movie an evil one.

    I've seen this movie too many times to count. Call it a guilty pleasure, but it's just fun. One of those, back in the day if you turned to TBS and it was playing, you just left it on where ever it was at and watched.

    5:56 YOU JUST EXPLAINED HERE why THIS SCENE IS NECESSARY... it's a semi-halucionitory dream state monumental sequence that justifies why he's crazy as well as mentally unstable and yet it is oddly profound when it does just that!

    rewatched recently and honestly.. it is quite an emotional story and hadles the drama so well and yet it is also erily disturbing and quaint, as well point and make fun type of vibe... the ending was great for me, necessary needed development and payoff even if not neccessary for the end of the story, it is!
    by the way, put THE BUNNAeY BACK IN THE BOX!!!!!!!!!!! you're forminind just... he, *falls to the floor, laughing* HEE HEE HEE HEE HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! AlRight.

    20 Year old me pulling my first double feature on a Friday. Batman And Robin had just opened. I decided to see it in a afternoon showing as i knew it would be packed for a opening night and for the night viewing i saw Con Air.
    and ladies and gentleman this is why Con Air is a masterpiece .... Because its only UPHILL from Batman and Robin

    About those raycons ear buds. I night check out line wireless ear buds at Wal-Mart $4.99 and they are great five hour life time quick recharge in the car case. Case holds 20 charge time.     Am I the only one who thinks about Die Hard when watching this movie now? (a man in his early 30's wants to go see his family but finds himself at the wrong place at the wrong time and has to save the day despite the huge lack of help that he has aside from one person)
