    안녕하세요!오랜만에 베이킹 영상을 보는데 너무 맛있어보이네요ㅠㅠ한번 만들어보려 하는데 몇가지 궁금한점이 있어서 여쭤봐요
    1.혹시 전에 하신 레시피에 계란 양만 25g으로 바꾸면 될까요??
    2.전에는 코멘더 블랙럼을 쓰셨는데 혹시 바카디 골드럼이 더 맛있나용??

      지금은 계란 양 더 늘려서 만들어요~ 1개월 전 올린 까눌레 영상 참고해주세요~ 블랙럼 브랜드는 상관없어요!

    조빵이님 ㅠㅠ 제가 베이킹을 한지 6개월이 다 되어가는데요 그중에 제가 자신은 없지만 가장 좋아하는 디저트가 까눌레에요 ㅠㅠ 하지만 까눌레를 처음만들때에는 어느정도 성공했는데 만들면 만들수록 표면이 질기고 안은 푸딩을 넘어서 그냥 덜 읶어요 온도도 좀 여러방법으로 해보고 덜읶은 채로 나오면 에어프라이기에 돌려보기도 했는데 잘 안돼는것 같아요 ㅠㅠ 어쩜 좋을까요..?ㅠㅠ

      표면이 질긴 건 오버쿡 되었다는건데 속이 덜 익어있는거라면 오븐 온도가 너무 높은 것 같아요! 조금 낮은 온도로 더 오래 구우시면 될 덕 같아요😊
