Literally me, just bought the 4 replacement speakers (Pioneer ones too) and I'm now realizing it won't be as easy as just getting the stock ones out and putting these on. I think I may just drill some additional holes as you did but I will look into it when they arrive haha
Only a drummer cares about the sound quality and also drives a Jazz/Fit. Yep, I saw your drum throne. I'm a drummer too and I drive a Jazz. I'm gonna speakers too
I'm past my stage of subwoofers. These are cheap but just wanted to see the difference between stock and these. If I like the difference I might spend some real money🤑 I've heard speakers with very hard punch and that's what I'm after next year.
@@TTRGARAGE they have nice treble but that's about it. I want something that has some volume and thump. Probably gonna have to get some spendy speakers with a amp and figure out which companies sound signature I like best. Down grade for me.
2011 Chevy Impala stock speakers are much louder, not as bright tho. But my speakers with a app I can get to sound pretty nice. I don't have the Bose either just the basic
kids, this is a good video of how not to do a speaker install. 😱 get some plastic trim tools. that metal tool is scratching your door like no one's business. also some sound deadener does wonders. I'm sorry, but Crutchfield is your friend even if it's a tad more than Walmart. Crutchfield will include some free stuff and offer tech support if you get into a jam.
this seems easier than i was expecting, i just got a 2010 jazz and im thinking of doing a mod like this
Honestly wasn't bad at all
You need the aux. It works wonders. On bt it dont sound as loud. Aux also takes away the static
I've always had opposite results. New speakers definitely fixed that fuzz 😂
I want to get speakers for the EP3 now afyer my new double din upgrade
Definitely have to!
What size are the factory speakers? And size of ones you put in? Thanks
They were 6 and a half inch speakers all around!
@@TTRGARAGE 6.5, was that the plastic mount or the actual factory speaker inside it
I believe it was the speaker
Install a sub brother and it will change your world
Im wanting too but I want something I can easily take out because I do use my trunk
he did check it out
I have a DC18 6.5 speakers but the magnet won't fit the factory hole of the door... any solution? I have a Honda Fit 2008
You could probably try trimming it more
Did you upgrade your tweeters as well? One of mine went bad in my 09 Honda fit and I'm not sure what speaker type would be a good plug and play option
I actually left the stock tweeters. The speaker upgrade does have tweeters built in but stand alones will always be better
Are the rear speakers the same size as the fronts?
Yep all of the speakers are the same size!
@TTRGARAGE thanks buddy. Amazon will be here tomorrow

You can either do it that way (they are very secure) or they sell after market mounts that fit into the stock mounting holes if drilling scares you!
@@TTRGARAGE Can you share a link of where to go the mounts. Scared of drilling :D
i think theyre these ones amzn.to/49olA9s
Wait. You guys can hear your speakers over your exhaust?
It's an issue that I have to fix 😩

Drum thrones makes the best seats for working on cars honestly 😅 happy to have a fellow musician watching the channel

I think the best speakers I had were in a stock 2013 Dodge dart. They were not crazy loud but the bass was amazing and it was still clear sounding
Has anyone told you you look like jd from scrubs
Never got that one
Nice!
Thanks!
Jbl club speakers is very good for the price a bit better than those pioneers
I didn't do too much research honestly I just picked what looked the best at Walmart 😅
Will those fit?
Nice socks 😂
I've been wearing funky mismatched socks for years
