for the store forklift, add a third farm and make both of your farms contractors and you can use the third farms machinery. buy the forklift with that farm.

This is how I set up all the MP my friends and I play.
Came to to suggest exactly this. Its how we handle multiplayer no mans land amongst my group as well. The "AI Farm" owns the land the store is on and we contactor status to it and the AI owned forklift works for all farms.

Plant more trees where you first cut down trees on the hill. That sawmill is a huge help to your bottom line, don’t wanna run out of trees!
A wrap around driveway around the stone and trees would look really nice for the farm yard. It would end up splitting the field but perhaps on the small side (away from the store) you could continue to expand the farm yard. But the rock would be a cool natural centerpiece
i love the aesthetic of driveways through fields but man does it screw with the AI workers 🥴
This is my favorite series you are currently doing! I keep trying to figure out if you would be better off setting the lower greenhouse to auto sell or not, you would lose 20% but then it would only stop production when it runs out of water. since it only has 2 pallets worth of storage space in the greenhouse it stops fairly quickly. would those extra 2 pallets (about 6.6k) make up for the 20% loss from auto sell, or would the production going constantly in the background be worth it? Plus the time it takes to move pallets around, load them, and run them to the store all the time...
Personally, I'm lazy so I'd probably put it to autosell.

do not bother one bit about the people saying you will loose etc. the fact is most people enjoy watching it unfold and see what you guys decide to do along the way. personally i dont care who wins, its the journey there that matters.
only thing i want to say is i definitely prefer your timelapses when the music isn't vocal , if that makes any sense. absolutely nothing dealbreaking tho.

I find it funny how this series is a start from scratch and both of them have had a better start than they did on renabou.
Run the entire sorghum field through 360 chickens for better profit. Obviously. It’s not that your doing worse then chain saw he’s just been a step ahead all along. With the saw mill and furniture. My opinion would be a massive sheep pen. Spinnery and Taylor shop every new field you buy feed the sheep all the grass until you need a grass field. I feel like I have all the answers I need someone to play competitive multiplayer with lmao 🤣
A mate and I have been doing coop no man's land since you started this series, His first introduction to the farm sim world. I setup an additional farm and called it "Shop". It has a government sign for monthly income, and it regularly buys itself new forklifts for anyone to use.

A way for you both to use the fork lift would be to have a third account and make it the ship account that u both have access to so that u can both use the shop forklift
daggerwin finally starts to set up a yard, then proceeds to completly block himself in by cultivating right up the buildings :D gotta love it :D

cost wise it doesnt matte rif its dirt asphalt or concrete, so if he does it he migth as well do it properly.

For that large field it may be a good idea to buy a new plot and put down a grain mill to convert all your raw product to flour. Would make a higher profit
Ive seen some others mention as well as Chainsaw doing, trimming the trees before putting them in the mill. Im not sure if it makes a difference. Either way, great work. Also you should trade the small tractor for a slightly larger one that lets you have row crops and a front loader and upgrade the engine on your semi.
@@ianroyal1737 Ya i figured they really didnt add anything extra to the tree other than an extra task for forestry. thats why i was confused when people kept mentioning that he should trim them.

Great episode Dag. I definitely agree with some comments on you going to need a bigger combine on that one big field. The harvestor you used on Survival Challenge might be a good option. Farm is looking awesome!
case 2100 ? has 28ft header and 10k tank i think it be a good option and half the cost, narrow tires are more important so a cheap tractor with narrow tires what just for spraying then whats left use on a case combine, 150k plus header think was 60k for the good one sure a good option
Make a third farm that belongs to the "dealership" then buy a forklift and add both farm as a contractor i believe it says. That way you can use that farms equipment
Dag you desperately need a bigger drill like 4x bigger at least and a bigger combine too…same deal… also would recommend growing crops for productions as opposed to trying to just move loads and loads of grain. For example grain mill for flower, oil mill for canola oil and sunflower oul
I recommend either the bigger case axial flow or the same MF combine you used at the end of last season. Whatever you do, please oversize it for what you think you need as you can easily expand the farm to fit it, but it will be much harder to fight a combine that is too small or barely big enough for the fields. Keep it up you still got a chance but don’t limit yourself with your machinery

You need to invest in a tractor that you can run narrow tires on. Because thw soybean field looks horrible. Also your doing great on all your series 👏 🎉🎉🎉🎉
There was a fat harvester in used-sales. A harvester is not use so much, I suggest that we could buy that. Saves alot of money and dosen't cost so much to repair.
If you and Chainsaw agree on the forklift you can edit the XML-file to make it "shared". If you compare to the big forklift from Silverrun forest you can set the owning farm to 0, I believe, meaning that nobody owns it and nobody can TP to it.
Daggerwin you don't need to prove yourself to the people that doubt you it's 1% of your audiance anyways😅

Even if you never need the stump grinder again for stumps, I'd say it could be useful to keep it.
If nothing else it can be used as a weight, it seems to be a lot heavier than the one you already have wich is barely enough in some cases.
i've been playing no-man's land a lot since your series started... i've made rocks kind of hubs in my field. they got a lil gravel round-a-bout around them too XD

More important than a combine Narrow Tires. the amount crop wasted prob takes away any extra bonus using the fert in the first place. Tractor before you buy combine, 300k plus you should easy get both but get tractor first with narrow tires your spray tractor and whats left is for new combine. that the way i feel you should go, as you do not need a big tractor for spray just cheap what can have narrow tires. looking good so far but still no farm, a farm needs a farm house. you could change a rule but you must sell straight away buying plot just to put road in like plot near shop as chainsaw might need that to connect path too, it look better than going across grassland as most equipment truck/forklift realism would never made it to your land it would got stuck. do like this multiplayer challenge much more than the previous one, don't no why maybe last map was more limiting everything. looking good so far be interesting to see where it ends up

you need more productions,
buy the sheep and a cloth production..
ALSO you need to put LIME on your field to get 15 - 20 % more yield.
you can buy stone, and get a gold production. they are 18.000 $ per 1000L
ALSO please buy a 10.000 $ Silo, so you dont have to wait 2 months for a harvest,
it saves you 2 months of growing time, just dump it in the Silo
Been doing a little thinking, and have a couple thoughts that might be helpful.
Instead of getting the "best" combine, what if you got one that is an upgrade over your current one, and upgrade your smallest tractor so you have two good work horses on the farm. Get one with wheels that won't damage your crops as you fertilize the fields.
Next, I would suggest slightly reducing the field sizes by your greenhouses so you can turn your truck without hitting and destroying crops.
I also think that a refueling station, or at least a diesel tank, on the farm might be worth it so you don't have to go so far for the fuel, though that's a bonus, not really "necessary".
I like that you're talking animals. I think expanding into plot 3 would be good, you could keep the top half for getting hay and silage, bottom half for the sheep.
In any case, these are just thoughts from someone who has 0 experience in the game. Hope it helps!
To save more time, keep the water tank and truck filling when you are done. Instead of leaving it half full, then you can always start with a full tank just an idea.

Set your Planks and Flowers also in auto selling, so you only lose time for watering them and have more time for your big field. In big fields you need bigger machines, otherwise, you are running always short of time. Those small trees U not need to cut their stumps, they will disappear in one game day. It's better to grow canola and sunflowers and make them oil than any other grain. I would not plant trees, instead would buy forest land for faster wood. Trees take around 3 years to fully grow.
While i also think that obtaining the final Combine for the Series early on, instead of between-steping it, is the right Call, i would caution that you also should have size-comparable Field-prep Equipment at Hand, or atleast buy it soon after, so that you can actually MAKE Fields, which are big enough to satisfy a Combine of that Size. After all, that "Claas" looks like it can harvest a Field the Size of 2 Plots in a reasonable Time, even in a Competition like this.
Also, i feel like that Plots 54 & 55 together could make a very nice Animal Section, and Farmhouse Location for this Farm

Put the forklift on the back of your large trailer when you load the planks and flowers. You could also put more tanks down just like real farmers do for extra water "collection".

Easy to get a forklift there. Make another farm just for the shop. Buy the forklift. Have each player a contractor for the shop farm. Done

Big fan here, don't get me wrong, however you're being quite inefficient last couple of episodes. Half a drill, half a harvest, forgetting to water those prods, making empty courses with the stump remover or the winch. What got me on that is the Chainsaw's way of hiring even two workers at a time, in order to get as much done regarding a single field. What would satisfy the viewers' ADHD is completing a task fully before jumping to another.

Please talk with chainsaw about changing the mods as the current mods seems to be geared towards old low cost equipment. All the mod combines you looked at are already too small and I would hate for the rest of the series to be only be the biggest basegame equipment. You and chainsaw both would benefit from some non basegame animal pens.

When I was playing fs22 I had a massive field and I put soybeans in the entire field and made tons of money out of it was amazing it helped me a lot plus the silage
for the dealer forklift you can make another farm and buy it for that, then give each of your farms contractor access to the "dealer farm" so you can use the forklift
I'd get a medium combine and a larger seeder. Since you do have a large cultivator now, you don't need it do be a direct seeder. Even though it would require twice the job.
I would get the combine now then look at getting a soil to store the crops until they can be sold for the maximum price an then either sell the small loader tractor or sell the case tractor an get a new tractor that can have row crop tires an a front loader

Loving the series. Have you thought of replacing your medium tractor for one with thin wheels for crop spraying? The profit loss on the big field may hurt
A tractor with skinny tires might be a good buy for spraying/fertilizing

You can get a low loader and use your forkilft at the shop and grab bags and cart the lift back and forth to help with clutter

i think you should put flower auto sell as its stop production when its full capacity. and you don't wait for right price.
You should do another silver run or logging and production like metal survival again was a great series and the solo survival lets plays
I think you can do more than two trees if you grab the winch from the first tree
Sheep are great - low maintenance - just grass and water - yield wool and appreciate in value as they age. Own them long enough and they'll go past £1,000 each!
For the forklift make the dealership a farm and buy the forklift on that farm and garant contractor to both your farms

Hey Daggerwin, I'm late to the party as usual. Just a suggestion, do you have the combine you used in your own survival challenge enabled as a mod? The header was large, good capacity and it was relatively cheap. It may enable you to buy another plot or two of land or a production instead of spending half a million on a combine. Think big, but be savvy. You deserve a win 🏆
U could get a tellyporter and leave the forklift at the shop
U should grab a full tanker so u could save some money and time bc u wouldn’t have to go to the stir for the full as muck
you can create a farm named dealers ship and buy a forklift and give contracts to you and chainsaws thats how we do it
