PVZ2 - Wild West Day 35 : Using only 2 plants

Wild West Day 35 is considered to be one of the most infuriating boss fights in Plants VS Zombies 2, so I thought I would make a challenge for myself and beat it using only 2 plants; Hypno-Shrooms and Spikeweeds.
Want to say right off the bat that yes, I did plant down iceberg lettuces and wall-nuts but I would dig them up almost immediately. Otherwise, I would never get a Hypno-Shroom/spikeweed from the conveyor belt. I didn't place down Electric Currants because they have a higher chance (13% to be exact) of appearing again in the conveyor belt compared to the Wall-nut, Iceberg lettuce, and spikeweed. And yes, the plants I did use are at level 4 but decided to just stick with it anyway since I didn't feel like going through the hassle to find a mod that has them both at level 1. Plus, it's not like there is a HUGE difference unlike level 10.
I originally used Iceberg Lettuces over spike-weeds just so I could stop the Gargantuars and just only used hypno shrooms to stop the chickens. But, then I realized very quickly that I'm basically using a hypno shroom EVERY second I get one. The missiles would also take them out whenever I get an opportunity to plant more than 4 down. After that, I started using spike-weeds instead and would plant them on the minecarts just so Zomboss missiles wouldn't hit them. Planting them to the far left is bad because using plant food on them will draw all the Minecart/Buckethead zombies right to your house.
I got REALLY lucky this attempt though, as I had two Gargantuars hitting him while I had the spike weed plant food effect going off to make him not move, skipping Phase 2 and 3 entirely!

Dude you’re insane, I remember every time I came across this level in the Wild West Gem Challenge, I had to use at least 5 power ups to complete it
