    The o'ring at the bottom of the cylinder squeezed out and ruined the base gasket on my moto 4 225. Doesn't seem like there enough room.

      Dang that's interesting. I assume the oring is the same size for the 225?

    You should have used the new piston wrist pin to check for ovaling of the small end of the connecting rod. You want to make sure that hasn't occurred, otherwise you are just wasting a new piston and cylinder as the piston will wobble in the cylinder causing excessive wear quickly.

      Yeah I didn't even think about that. Would definitely be a quick and easy check with everything tore apart. If it does wear out quickly I'll be sure to check the connecting rod!

      I'm not sure if you were paying attention to what side of the rings were up or down but writing always goes up some rings a angled on 1 side.

    Does anyone know if the 225 cylinder rebuild kit would work on my yfm 200?? Just bolt on kind of deal like normal installation?
