My local level crossing
Same
Cool 👍
I live just down road from station
Neat video! That's a good combo, a crossing and footbridge.
Thanks 😁 Yeah busy crossings usually have a footbridge so pedestrians don't have to wait
Great video!
Thanks! 😁
Awesome video of the very nice level crossing in my home city, albeit only on the small mainland part! The alarms here will always be a classic sound to me - I am very fond of the sound combination here. I've been waiting for your video to come out, and now, pretty much exactly a year to the date we filmed this, I am certainly liking what I see. 👍👍🙂
Thank you UKLC&TC 😁 Finally getting a few more videos out from this date last year
Nice
Great video
Thanks 😊

i like how he uploads so often
Appli Yes, I'm now publishing videos everyday now
@@UKLevelCrossingsChannel oh and by the way, what level crossing is this from the banner on your channel site
It's Lydney Bypass crossing. I've not yet published the video I filmed of it back in 2019.
@@UKLevelCrossingsChannel thanks
Great
Thanks 👍
That's a lot of waiting time
It usually is at stations.
Yeah, usually a couple of minutes wait for the trains at this crossing
I think this is because the level crossing is 'fail-safe' and would be lowered and proven clear even in the occasion that the stopping train would over-shoot the station.
Was scrolling through to see if this was here… not a train enthusiast at all, just a confused onlooker
Each unto their own however, just… I’d love to know what compels some to have so much interest in level crossings? I’m honestly not judging, I just seek to understand why really
Just an interest I've had from a young age. I find rail infrastructure, in particular crossings quite interesting in the sense of how they operate and how they're all different. Adding to that, i like filming all the different trains you can see passing.
@@UKLevelCrossingsChannel fair play, everyone needs a hobby ay 👌
Nice
Thanks 😊
