The crossing has old 'GWE' barriers which are quite rare to see still operating. Trains here are very frequent.
Before the barriers start to lower, a driver decides to overtake stationary traffic when the red lights are flashing.

I can understand why some drivers will jump the lights at Bedhampton, I've been stuck there over 15 minutes on multiple occasions. Recently, I pulled up in the queue, checked the train tracking apps and the nearest train was still 2 stations away at Warblington. It was 6 minutes before the first train came through. There is no need for that. Meanwhile, we've been choosing a nursery for my child, there's one a short way past the level crossing that gets good reviews, we ruled it out without even looking at it purely because of the level crossing.

I like it I think they should make level crossings more safe like cars couldn’t cross but i know that wouldn’t work out I just know it will be safer and no silly trespassers will be around
