      I've done that exercise mathematically. In my opinion, it makes little difference.

    How does the reduction in loan term decrease the amout of the loan you are suppost to pay?
    Does the interest of the loan fixed/variable according to the interest rate?

    Thank you for this. Does it help if you split the amount you pay extra? Example:- split 1000 into 2 and pay 500 weekly.

      No the earlier in the billing cycle you pay it the better

    Hi Nicolette I paid an extra 45 k now sitting in my flexi save. Now I am not sure if I want to reduce the installment or the term

      i also have that problem the money is sitting on Flexi save m at 63K now , i dont know whether its reducing the term or not

    Hi just a question on the flisp, I'm single and have a brother that is older than me who is not working. Will they accept him as my dependent?
    In one of your previous videos you mentioned that the sibling must be mentally ill or disabled and my brother is not but his not working.

      Because it’s in the access account. Hence discipline comes into play
