Poor Cooper's Truck... no one wants oil burning in an engine. So glad to see you guys upgrading the equipment you have to do it's absolute best. Came here for the Farm Mansion clean out videos way back when - stayed to watch where/how farm chemicals, seed, and fert are used. Thank you so much Cole, Family, and friends!
Tell the guy swinging the sledge he's my hero. Seriously. It takes real men to do that kind of work day in Day Out and not get anybody hurt. Bossman was legit too.
I replaced the brake pads on my Dodge Ram a couple weeks ago. The rim on the front passenger side was rusted onto the wheel hub. I had to use a sledge hammer to get it loose. Good to know I'm not the only one that happens to.
Danny and Colton have skills! Men who work with tires have mad strength as well. Scott is hysterical every time he visits and loved when he asked Cooper if he were playing Candy crush!
One thing my grandpa would always tell the tradesmen on the job after they finished was “ hey not too bad for your first time!”. Haha some got the joke and laughed, others thought my grandpa was being serious. I miss my grandpas jokes.
I'm glad that there was a Air Force vet there to supervise. Who knew that changing tires would be such a big event. Sorry that there was so many problems. I hope they work as well as you have planned.

My dad had a muffler shop when I was a kid. Sometimes I was there where I enjoyed the people and the various things they did. Cole, I really love the way you presented this process. You have an awesome sense of humor. Thanks for making this fun to experience. We all need to laugh. I have found that laughter reduces the pain from arthritis. 🙂
Notice Cooper was helping those guys with the entire installation. That kid has got a brilliant mind. Notice also how the boss man came over to him after the install and gave him props. I love every single one of the Cornstar family. (Even the dog and cat) They are what America is all about....but Cooper is the brightest star.

With every video, I more fully appreciate the investment in equipment and spare parts needed to run a family farm. The other day DC was talking about dairy farmers and their inability to leave the farm because of the feeding and milking schedules. Congress is considering a much needed investment in our country’s infrastructure. I sure hope those investment plans include improvements to the needs of agriculture community and not just the needs of population centers and industrial areas.
I think hope is all you will get. They put money where the votes are and there are more voters in the cities. I think it is short sighted, but that is the way politicians seem to think.

With the duel tires shouldn't they straddle the planting rows? With these new tires you will be planting in the wheel tracks. Isn't that going to be a big downside?
@@niekruijgrok422 The LSW tires will float better but you dont have near the traction as you do with the factory duels if you really want the power to the tires the factory duels are the way to go
Couple of guys running them up here pulling 36 row 22" planters...Corn rows that plant in the wheel tracks is shorter more yellowish all summer long,has to be some yield drag.
How much traction do you really need when you're planting. No tire compaction is better than distributed tire compaction. I have some easy math for you, you have a dual that's 10" each or one floater that's 40" which one give the least compaction?

You’ll should to put stalk chompers in the front of the tractor so when your planting beans you don’t put a hole in the tire from last years corn crop.
That was fun watching you guys watch someone change tires on your vehicles. As an experiment, do you have a small field that you could try organic farming? You seem to have a large family and it could be for personal use. Are your cornstalks and bean plants composted at the end of the growing season? You would have all the compost you need for organic farming on a small field.
Well good luck with them tires my neighbor had them on his tractor and he hated them especially when planning it packed the ground too much that the planner openers didn't go as deep
yeah they look over kill to me, when you have to add spacers that's a good indication. adding spacers introduces other problems, I know from experience. But hey it looks cool, that's what matter right . too much of a good thing, is bad.
Man those are some massive tires. Both the tractor and the sprayer will drive like completely different machines now. I can’t wait to see them in the field.

This is awesome I remember commenting on the very first video of this new tractor saying how cool it would be for you guys to get LSWs and to be able to review them on a none articulating row crop tractor and to see if the hype is all worth it. And boom next thing I know you busy will be able to tell us and even better not just a review on the tractor tires but on the sprayer too!
I've seen many comments about how the larger floater tires will compact the soil more, I'm not sure I understand this thoery, but maybe if you go outside and press 2 fingers into the soil, and then press your flattened palm into the soil with the same pressure it will make sense.

The whole point of them being that wide is they are suppose to reduce compaction. Hope they work out well. They look cool anyway.

You really need a forklift. We change every spring and fall from skinnys to floaters and back again. Makes changing them so fast.

Liquid nitrogen is so hard on stuff. Fertilizer in general is terible for equipment!
