The ft lbs energy or joules of those are the exact same as 30 and 40 pound olympic recurve bows. With slightly lower drawweight. However, you need a lot of pretension to reach the power level of compound bows with the same drawweight. You would need a longer rubber extender and to pretense the rubber a lot, to have the drawlength the same but with more power in your shot.
