That is always a big time pet peeve of mine, brother, when you go over an order at any one of these places, and you make sure to specify the sauces and condiments that you want, and you get none of them!! It’s a good thing you’ve got the “archives” LOL

Mac & Cheese, Chicken and Fish Sub looked good AF!! Salt & pepper packs plus that special sauce probably would’ve set it off perfect!! We live in the age of poor service everywhere. Definitely gotta check your utensils and condiments every single time.
I hope he still here he didn’t try any spots people from here actually go to. Pappas, chaps, heritage smokehouse, ekiben, amiccis, the real thing, we got some good food spots he just trying random joints on google

Please don't let this spoil your image of MD, there are a lot of great places with great food, you're just hitting bad spots. Plenty of places I go to don't forget minor things and if they do, they'll happily give you it and apologize profusely for forgetting it if you ask them
The DC area has some pretty good Ethiopian spots. Meleket and the Family Ethiopian Restaurant are great! You like spice so Ethioian food should be what you want.

I live in the DMV area and have lived here for 12 years now I’m originally born in raised in the Deep South and I do mean Deep South. The DMV is a crowded area which leads to poor food and poor customer service. I love going back south eating at local moms and pops restaurants experiencing some of the best food ever. The trade off is job opportunities, the money I make here I could never make in the south boy one I will return to the south to live where the food and experience is always amazing
That trade off is so true!! Where do people who work in the Federal buildings eat? Every time I have to go, it’s some catered stuff they bring in. Food seems barren there and near the national mall. 🤔

Their food is horrible and the wait time is long. it sucks because I know the owners very well and they are very nice . I waited over an hour years ago for this food and it was horrible then one of the kitchen workers in the back had a nerve to say did you get potato salad? I’m gonna give it to you for free so you can taste it. It was horrible with no season.
I feel the pain, the worse thing for me to go over an order making sure we on the same page, get home & my order isn't right or short of something. Lesson for me, check everything before getting in my car. This place is near me, always wondered if their food was good. My turn off was where's the pepper in the Mac & cheese, I love pepper. You got to go to downtown Baltimore Fells Point it's called Jimmy's probably the most famous place in Baltimore or you can go to Ouzo Bay down Harbor East that's a Greek restaurant which is racist but is one of the most expensive places down Baltimore you can go to eat so if you want to go to a high-end place get down Harbor East or Fells Point but just keep those two places in mind for good food
And if you're going to be going to restaurants in Maryland don't be listening to these dummies on here Maryland is mainly known for their Seafood mostly located in the Baltimore area do a day with all seafood restaurants in the downtown area most expensive areas you even got the Inner Harbor Phillips Seafood The Rusty Scupper stuff like that and truthfully I wouldn't even be eating out too many Baltimore Chinese restaurants especially 😂 don't go to the Chinese restaurants in Baltimore I know over six different restaurants that got shut down from the health department not only in Baltimore city but in Baltimore County because they were serving cat meat in their food No Lie😂😂😂

The best spots in Baltimore are Poyoteca, Chap’s Pit Beef, and Land of Kush. Everything else is pretty mid.
