- There are many night markets in Taiwan and Tainan, the oldest city of Taiwan is no exception.
Wusheng Night Market is one of the place to visit to eat a variety of affordable & delicious street food freshly prepared infront of you.

After watching few of the latest episodes tonight. I find that every street food owners are very proud of their dishes and take times to cook and perfecting their dishes. This is definitely not a 'fun' job to do as they will always get scorn by the sizzling hot oil splashes on them and long time working near the heat can be bad for their health too. E.g 19.40 the owner that making the delicious fried oyster "pan cake' his arms are all red near the wok 🥺. I appreciate all their hard work . Thank you🥰👍

There's been only one video where she ate something she didn't like. It was another night market like this and it was a shellfish that didn't taste too fresh/sour.

The Taiwanese night markets are the best in the world. I have been to Taiwan twice and loved both trips. Very impressive.
