The strings on the books were a way to keep books together in transport, but back in the day most did that instead of a backpack. Great explore, Steve. You were the first I started watching, now for several years. Stay safe!

Hi Steve, This 50's style-home still has life in it, you don't have to be born in that era to experience the past; the antique radio/record player so retro. There's so many valuable rare classics just in view sight, and its a shame it's just left behind to decay
If there's no family, the old photos could be collected for the family name. Great video!

I still don’t understand why someone isn’t going through this house like a relative even though you said most of them passed away! So many antiques and old stuff people
Collect! What about the city auctioning stuff idk it just seems a waste it all sitting here! Old typewriters, radio/record players all worth money! Hope it gets figured out!

The furniture in this house is beautiful. My brother and I love to go into Century Houses. It breaks my heart to see the property that’s left inside. Fortunately when my grandparents passed (98 & 100) we kept everything inside the house. I still live in the house which they built the year after they married in 1923.

I don’t think it’s safe to go alone.once inside I like your filming without lots of people. Just don’t think it’s worth risking your safety. The world is a bit scary these days. Back in 2007 I was invited to check out a once upon a time home and there were a ton of antique things that I really wanted to save since I'm a avid antique collector. But obviously I didn't take anything. When I left I had this abandoned sad feeling. I went back a yr later to photograph the house and contents like I normally do. I'd make up a room as if it's still being used. When I got there the house was torn down with everything in it. The pile of rubble was enough to bring tears to my eyes. I keep thinking of what I could have saved..I would love to photograph this home and make a life like room out if one room.
This is sad! But being a photographer it's a gold mine!....

I like the acupuncture with out needles, great health hints and handy tips, handy guides to natural medicines, home remedies, the joy of feeling fit. I will not get into the needle points and craft above because I have moved on to growing vegetable in the organic way, maybe its her spirit saying don't touch.
