For the purpose of leveling armor crafting, helmets are the most resource efficient and provide the same Xp as any other armor part.. Also you don't need any additional core/padding. It doesn't increase the amount of XP you get per helmet.
Love the approach here. Something I suggest is to meet the people near the turtles. If you can't find any reach out in the discord. More often than not someone with a house near there would leave the door open for you to level. In turn you can bring them stuff they can use such as food, supplies or even the turtle carcass itself. In turn you get a much faster turn around on leveling and they get some rent for the effort they put in to build. Keep it up!
That's good to know awesomeman! I think there wasn't one a while ago - it seems like it's bound already by default to 'N' right now for me at least. Just gotta be careful not to accidentally enable/disable criminal actions at the wrong time like I'll probably end up doing at some point!
I am downloading the Game myself. I love sandbox. I hate these ooen world pvp because its full of asshole who have nothing in life and revel in seeing people suffer. But to be able to live in a sandbox with other player is a unique experience that i miss.
I completely understand Celui, having players randomly kill you out in the open world can really suck sometimes but as you said, living in a sandbox with other players is an experience very few games offer and this game does it better than most if not all others out there - best thing I can recommend for you is to try to join or start a guild, or just make a few friends to play with so you're not totally alone if players do try to kill you. Good luck out there anyway - let me know if you have any questions and I hope you enjoy the game!
@@BullCashish You just have to keep on persevering. Once you play for a long time you'll eventually amass a fortune; even if you get killed once it a while it's not a huge deal. The game is harder at the beginning than if you've been playing months.
I think there might be a few different types of animals you can kill but I can't remember exactly which as I haven't played in a while - turtles definitely drop good materials though when you're looking for heavier/stronger protection
I do sell the armor I craft when I have enough materials to make a few sets, and you can do it too just using the trade broker as normal. Hope this helps!
New players are still joining everyday, especially now around Christmas I think, which is nice to see for sure - just wait for UE5, TC and the Epic Store Release, it'll probably come with a huge surge of new and returning players and should be interesting

Thanks for your comment and support ATC Forgiven, really appreciate it!
Craft helmets to level up. Use only 1/3 to 1/4 of the material needed for a tunic. Same exp.
Nice vids , great pacing and info. This is what new player or even vets need
Thanks skibba, really appreciate it!
There's a hotkey for "enable criminal actions." You can set the hotkey in the options.

Bro is a god
can you get the materials you need from other animals like reptiles or is it only the turle?

@@BullCashish Steam charts paint a different picture but I'm glad you're enjoying the honeymoon phase of MO2.
@@jeffdumpster1470 alot of new players come on, just super low retention… When was the last time you were in haven?
You leave negative comments below every MO2 vid in youtube. What must have happened to you poor?
