Definitely the best "Crafting Tutorial" out there... everyone wants this game to be Harder then it needs to be, keeping the little guys down lol. Appreciate the Guide, gonna be a huge help for me 🤟
just made the game look simple when i felt it to be obtuse and intuitive and now the opposite, just type in the skill bar and bam thats the book you need before hand mind blown
OK... so as someone who just wants to main crafting, Human or Oghmir with high intelligence. Buy the books you need to work with the materials you have at the available stations, and if you want to make specific things check the prereqs before you waste money on the wrong book. Learning by doing is faster than learning by reading, so read just long enough to get rank 1 and then get to work. Alchemy is insane. I'll bookmark this video so that I'll have a handy reference point for when I get stared. Cheers!
thank you so much for this video, literally the best break down for crafting so far that ive seen.. keep up the good work jonah!!! this def helped me understand a lot of things i was confused about
great video, one question though u started out by saying that intelligence is the most important stat for crafting but didnt quite get how is that actually influence the final product and if thats the case, what sort of profesion should be most suitable for a full warrir stats character??????? thanks in advance!!
Intelligence does not influence the quality of products AT ALL. It alleviates a characters limited professional point pool. To be a good crafter you must spend 100 points in a variety of lores/skills/tools/workbenches. Etc. they add up quick. Consider the example. To refine steal with good yield you will want 100 lore in about 10 different minerals and alloys. Say you have a VERY high intelligence (100+). Your intelligence will increase all applicable skills (those 10 lore skills) by +10. This means you only need to train them 90 which sure saves time. But the real advantage is that it frees up 10 * 10 = 100 extra points in your professional points pool.
a lot of " lets speed thing up ". How much time did it take to speed things up? If a newcomer was to see this (like me) how do I speed things up? How am i supposed to learn the amount of time it takes to learn things if everything is "sped up". I think the overall tutorial was helpful. The issue is that it isn't helpful when it comes to time based accuracy. It starts with 50 materials then when crafting you have 2-300 materials of random sorts. Im overall perturbed with how short the video is based on how long it actually takes to farm the resources to craft. And no information regarding as much.
Great video man I appreciate you taking the time

Nice
Greate job ... little bit too long but not make me boored like other noobs full of reclama and others . LIKE
I followed this step by step and 1000 amarantum gave me... 22 cuprum and nothing more. I really don't get this crafting.
1000 Amarantum should take no time to gather though?
Granted this is old and it could be adjusted by now.
@@JonahVeilGaming does the video still hold up now that it's out or no?
to get more you need the lore of the item and crafting tools hight, the most you get at 100 in everything.
