Sure as his wife has been working in Thai school and his little son has picked up Thai language and Gary's family will stay in Thailand for good, then they will absorb more Thai influence indirectly for sure.
Good Thai speaking skill, our language is known for being hard and complicate but you manage to be this good. It does help a lot for street food lovers.

Some grilled pork will have tamarind sauce. It's even more delicious when eaten with grilled pork and sticky rice.😊 But admitted that this store sells very cheaply, 5 baht per stick, it's very hard to find.
Hey, You were in my neighborhood ! I've been eating at these shops since I was a kid ! If you come here in the morning around 7-8 AM, there will be a really delicious steamed bun (Salapao) stall selling right in front of the garage you mentioned. I recommend the minced pork Salapao, it's really delicious. The noodle stall that has Moo Dang (Grilled Barbeque Pork) and Moo Krob is also good. I recommend Ba-Mee-Haeng Moo-Krob (Egg noodle with crispy pork) and adding 1-2 spoonfuls of grounded peanuts, 1 spoon of vinegar You will be facing a new experience of noodles! hope you enjoy !

Phad Khana Mookrob is such a delicious food sauced with fermentated beans gives you a bit salty taste that comes out really good. It's one of my favourite menu as well. love your videos, will subscribe with no hesitation.
