My only issue with the helmet is that I can’t let the tie out enough to lower the helmet on my head. There is another set of nylon strap internal to the helmet pad that prevent the helmet from sitting where I would like it to. Can you advise on how to get the helmet to ride lower?

My helmet feels like it wants to tip forward all the time. How do I adjust that out of it? Like the whole liner assembly needs to move forward in the helmet so the weight of the helmet tips back a little. Is that possible?
