    How do you deal with frantic managers who always need a quick response and don't have a filter? They're always all over the place and it makes it hard to focus.

      Sounds like a new manager. Personally I'm on the edge of a promotion and I find myself frantic. It's something I know I have to work on. I'm sure your boss knows too but is terrified of failure or starting off on the wrong foot to their superiors.
      Show them you can be trusted, have their back, and depend on you; they will calm down.

      @@user-je6pn9pr3h Not new at all unfortunately. They just have an anxious leadership style paired with very unclear communication. Attempts to insert clarity don't help because they later change their mind.
